What is the warranty period of the appliance?
The manufacturer offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against any material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear or breakable parts (glass, bulbs) and requires proof of purchase.
Do I need to plug the hot plate into a grounded outlet?
Yes, the appliance must be plugged into a grounded outlet installed according to current standards to avoid any risk of electric shock.

What to do if the plate does not heat anymore?
First check that the plug is properly connected and the outlet works. If the problem persists, contact Severin after-sales service for repair. Do not attempt to repair yourself.
Can I use the appliance outdoors?
