The relaxing, stimulating and invigorating effect of the massage device on your muscles improves your well-being. Only a few minutes of daily use are necessary to make stress, fatigue and muscle aches disappear.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR "ACTIVE MASS", ESPECIALLY THESE BASIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

• Verify that the voltage of your network corresponds to that of the unit itself.
• This device is designed for short periods of use. It can work continuously for 20 minutes, but then it is necessary to turn it off to allow the engine to cool down (before using it again).
• Do not leave the device unattended when in use or when connected to the power supply.
• Without medical guidance, the use of «ACTIVE MASS» is not recommended for pregnant women, for persons prone to thrombosis or suffering from body pain of undetermined cause or for persons wearing a pacemaker.
• Never use this device if the power plug or cable is damaged, if it doesn't work properly, or if it fell, has been damaged or has been immersed in water or other liquids.
• If the power cable has been damaged, it must be replaced by a special cable or one that is similar, available from the supplier or from customer service.
• Do not wind the cable around the device.
• Do not carry this device by its cable.
• As with any electrical device, it is not advisable to use the "ACTIVE MASS" massage device during a lightning storm.
• Do not use the device near wet areas, such as a bathtub, sink, etc.
• Never immerse the device in water, in your bathtub or use it under the shower.
• Keep the cable away from any hot or sharp object.
• Remove the power plug from the wall socket before cleaning the device.

• Do not use the «ACTIVE MASS» around your eyes or near any other sensitive area of the body or near injured or infected body areas.

• Do not use this unit in a closed room where aerosol products are used by employees on a regular basis, or in a room where oxygen is administered.

• Do not use the device under a blanket or pillow. This can cause overheating which may lead to a fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
• This unit is not intended to be used by people, including children, whose physical, sensorial or mental skills are impaired, or by people who do not have the proper experience or knowledge, except if they are supervised or given prior instructions about the usage of this unit by an intermediary responsible for their security. Children should be supervised at all times to make sure that they do not play with the unit.
• Keep this device out of reach of children.
• Use the «ACTIVE MASS» massage device only for its intended use as described in this manual.

FUNCTIONS AND USE:

«ACTIVE MASS» has a standby mode and a working mode. In the standby mode, you can preset the duration of the massage. In the working mode, you can adjust the massage intensity.

"Standby" Mode

When you plug the "ACTIVE MASS" in, it goes directly into standby. The default duration of the massage is 10 minutes. You can adjust the duration from 1 to 20 minutes by successively pressing the «+» and «-» buttons.

"Run" Mode

When you press the «RUN» button, "ACTIVE MASS" immediately begins running. The default intensity of the massage is «3». You can adjust it by pressing the «+» and «-» buttons. The intensity of the massage varies from 1 to 5.

"Light" Mode

In any mode, you can always press the «LIGHT» button to turn the light signals on or off.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Insert the plug into the socket. The device goes into standby mode.
2. Set the massage duration by pressing the «+» and «-» buttons.
3. Then press the «RUN» button to start.
4. Set the massage intensity by pressing the «+» and «-» buttons.
5. Press the «RUN» button if you want to interrupt the remaining massage time.
6. When the massage time has elapsed, the device automatically returns to standby mode.
7. Remember to unplug the device once the massage is finished so that the engine can cool down before using the device again.

MAINTENANCE:

1. STORAGE:

• Store the massage device in its box in a safe, dry and cool place.
• Do not bring the device into contact with sharp objects that could damage the outer surface.
• Do not wind the power cable around the device. (This can cause wear and rupture of the cable).

2. CLEANING:

• Be sure to unplug the device and allow it time to cool down before cleaning.
• DO NOT IMMERSE THE "ACTIVE MASS" DEVICE IN A LIQUID FOR CLEANING.
  • Gently pat dry with a clean cloth.
• NEVER USE abrasive cleaners. Use mild detergent only.

LIMITED GUARANTEE

LANAFORM ^® guarantees that the product is free from any material or manufacturing defect for a period of two years as from the date of purchase, except as stipulated herebelow.

The guarantee on this LANAFORM ^® product does not cover damage caused by inappropriate or misuse, accident, attachment of any unauthorized accessory, any modification made to the product or any circumstance of any kind beyond the control of LANAFORM ^® .

LANAFORM ^® cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or special damage of any kind.

All implicit guarantees of the aptitude of the product are limited to two years as from the initial date of purchase.

On reception, LANAFORM ^® will repair or replace your appliance as appropriate and will return it to you. This guarantee must be carried out by LANAFORM ^® Service Centre. Any maintenance of this product entrusted to anyone other than the LANAFORM ^® Service Center voids this guarantee.
