With 518 Wh of stored energy, you can power electronic devices anytime, anywhere, whether you're camping, in your motorhome, or in case of emergencies or power outages. Our product is not suitable for use with installations, relating to personal safety and relying significantly on the power supply, such as medical equipment, nuclear plant equipment, aircraft and spacecraft manufacturing, etc.

Therefore, we do not accept any liability for accidents involving personal safety, fires or machine breakdowns caused by the use of our product with the above equipment.

The symbol indicates that the unit is assigned to protection class 2.

Devices of protection class 2 are not connected to the protective conductor. Instead, they have reinforced or double insulation at the level of the rated insulation voltage between active and touchable parts. Electrically conductive surfaces or conductive touchable parts are thus separated from live parts by reinforced or double insulation.

These operating instructions are intended to familiarize you with the operation of this product. It contains important instructions for the use, safety and maintenance of the appliance. Therefore, keep this manual in a safe place so that you can refer to it at any time. Pass them on to subsequent users.

Please observe the safety instructions during use.

Before using the unit, check the unit and its connecting cable as well as accessories for damage. Do not use the unit if it shows visible damage.

Operate the unit only from standard household sockets. Check whether the mains voltage indicated on the type plate corresponds to that of your mains supply.

Do not squeeze the connection cable or pull it over sharp edges or hot surfaces. Do not use the connection cable for carrying.

If the mains lead of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its after-sales service or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazards.

Unplug the appliance: after each use, in case of malfunctions during operation, before cleaning the appliance.

Never pull the plug out of the socket by the mains cable or with wet hands.

The appliance is intended exclusively for household or similar use. It must not be used for commercial purposes!

Make sure that the unit has good stability during operation and that it is not possible to trip over the mains cable.

Conversion or modification of the product impairs product safety. Caution: Risk of injury!

All modifications or repairs to the unit or accessories may only be carried out by the manufacturer or persons expressly authorized by the manufacturer for this purpose.

Make sure that the product is operated from a socket that is easily accessible so that you can quickly disconnect the unit from the mains in case of an emergency.

Never open the product yourself. Never carry out repairs yourself!

Handle the product with care. It can be damaged by bumps, knocks or falling from even a low height.

Keep the product away from moisture and extreme heat.

If liquid from inside the system comes into contact with skin or clothing, wash the affected areas with tap water.

Contact with the liquid can cause injury.

Unplug the power cable from the socket during storms.

A thunderstorm can cause overcurrent from the socket, which can cause overheating, fires or other accidents.

DO NOT charge the system using power supply systems that operate outside the 100-240 V range. This may otherwise cause overheating, fire, etc.

The system meets all legal requirements for the transport of hazardous materials.

This system contains LifePO4 batteries.

According to the airline's transport standards, lithium batteries with 100Wh capacity cannot be transported by air.

For transport in vehicles, ensure that the system is properly secured when transported in a motor vehicle.

Failure to comply with this provision may result in damage to the system, electric shocks, overheating, fire and other accidents.

The system may only be charged, and used, at ambient temperatures between -10 and 40°C (14-104 °F).

Operating the system above or below this temperature range may result in overheating or reduced performance.

Switch off the system immediately if it has been accidentally dropped, dropped or subjected to strong vibrations.

Place the unit on a stable surface. This also makes it easier to read the displays.

The unit should not be exposed to shocks or vibrations. Otherwise, there is a risk of fire.

When in use, power supplies generate electromagnetic fields which may interfere with the normal operation of medical implants or personal medical devices such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aids, defibrillators, etc. If such medical devices are used, contact the manufacturer for any restrictions on the use of such devices. These measures are essential to ensure a sufficient safety distance between the

medical implants (e.g. pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aids, defibrillators, etc.) and this product while it is in use.

If the power supply is connected to a refrigerator in normal mode, power fluctuations may cause the power supply to be switched off automatically. We do not recommend connecting a refrigerator in which medicines, vaccines or other valuable or medical or even non-medically important substances are stored to the unit.

However, if the power supply is connected to a refrigerator where medicines, vaccines or other valuable substances, medical or non-medical, are stored, it is recommended to set the AC output in the app to "always on". This helps to establish a continuous power supply and efficient power consumption.

Keep the original packaging of the unit and use it in case of transport.

Notes on the integrated battery and disposal

Used rechargeable batteries do not belong in household waste. As a consumer, you are legally obliged to return used rechargeable batteries for proper disposal. You can hand in your rechargeable batteries at the public collection points in your municipality or wherever rechargeable batteries of the same type are sold.

Batteries do not belong in the hands of children.

Do not heat the battery above 60 °C and do not throw it into fire: risk of fire, explosion and burns!

Do not short-circuit the battery.

Do not attempt to open batteries.

Stay close to the unit when charging and check its temperature regularly. Stop charging immediately if it becomes very overheated. A battery that becomes very hot or deformed during charging is defective and must not be used any further.

Do not subject the battery to mechanical stress. Avoid dropping, hitting, bending or cutting the battery.

When charging the battery, make absolutely sure that the polarity of the charging plug is correct. If the charging plug is incorrectly connected, the charger is unsuitable or the polarity is reversed, there is a risk of short circuit and explosion!

Never discharge the battery completely, this will shorten its life.

If the unit is to be stored for a longer period of time, it is recommended that the remaining capacity of the battery is approx. 30 % of the charge volume.

Avoid direct sunlight at the storage location. The ideal temperature is 10 - 20 °C.

Low temperature may affect the battery capacity of the product.

Charging Methode

Before using or storing the product, please charge it with the charger. When connected to the mains for charging, the indicator light of the charger is on, and the LED screen will display the current charging ratio. When the LED screen shows that the power is 100%, it means full. The current battery level can be checked through the LED screen.

Use Instructions

How to use it:

1. Press the switch next to each port you will use.
2. When the indicator light next to the port is on, the output is turned on, and the responding device can be charged.
3. AC Output is stable at 800W (peak at 1600W). If the product is used beyond the maximum power, the power supply will be automatically turned off to protect the product during overload use.
4. Press ON/OFF button for turn off output.
5. If the product is not used for a long time, it should be recharged e very three months. It is better to keep the power at 60%-80% and store it in a cool and dry place.

Attention! If the AC port is not in use, please turn it off to save power.

Note: The output supports charging during use. The output can work simultaneously with the maximum load

The LED screen of this product displays the product usage status. When the product is fully charged, the LED screen turns off and stops charging. When any function is activated, the screen will light up. When the screen display is not needed, you can press the button to turn off the LED screen.

Operating Temperature range:

Low temperature may affect the battery capacity of the product. The product can be charged in a temperature range of 0^ - 40^ . Charge the product when the temperature is below 0^ , We recommend placing the product in an insulated cooler or other temperature conditions, also connect it to a power source (AC output socket, solar photovoltaic panel). The product can charge the device in the temperature range of -10^ - 40^ .

Fault diagnosis

If your device is not successfully charged with this product, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that the output port is open, LED indicator lights on the power button.
2. Check the LED power display, if it is 20% or less, please charge the product.
3. The power of the device you are using exceeds the maximum power of the port of the product.
4. The device link cable you are using is not plugged in well or has poor contact.

Solar photovoltaic panels:

Choose our solar photovoltaic products, just insert the DC port, you can easily charge the product with solar energy. This product uses MPPT (Maximum Power Tracking) technology, which can compare the output voltage point of the solar panel with the battery voltage of the product in real time, so as to find the maximum power output point that the solar panel can provide and charge the battery of the machine to obtain the best Charging efficiency.

AC adapter:

The product must be charged with the AC adapter specified by us. We will not be responsible for any consequences caused by charging with other adapters.

Storage and maintenance

Switch off the product before storage and store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature. Do not place it near sources of water. For prolonged storage, charge and discharge the product every three months to prolong the life of the battery.

For long-term storage, please discharge the product every three months (first discharge to 0%, then fully charge and finally discharge to 60%). The product is not covered by the warranty if it is not charged and discharged for more than 6 months.

With this quality product from BLUEPALM, you have made a decision for innovation, durability and reliability.

For this BLUEPALM unit, we grant a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase, valid in Austria, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia! If, contrary to expectations, service work should nevertheless be necessary on your unit during this period, we hereby guarantee to repair it free of charge (spare parts and labour) or (at the discretion of Schuss) to exchange the product. If neither repair nor replacement is possible for economic reasons, we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the current value. In the event of warranty claims, please contact your specialist dealer or us directly. We would like to point out that repair work that has not been carried out by the authorized contract workshop in Austria immediately terminates the validity of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

• Repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear
• Damage due to non-observance of the operating instructions
• Devices that are used - even only partially - for commercial purposes
• equipment mechanically damaged by external influence (fall, impact, breakage, improper use, etc.) as well as wear and tear of an aesthetic nature.
• Equipment that has been improperly handled
• Units that have not been opened by our authorized service workshop.
• Consumer expectations not met.
• Damage caused by force majeure, water, lightning, overvoltage.
- Units where the type designation and/or serial number on the unit has been changed, deleted, made illegible or removed.

We expressly point out that within the warranty period, a lump sum of € 60,- (indexed basis CPI 2010, June 2015) will be charged in case of operating errors or if no error was detected.

The absolute warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase is not extended by the provision of warranty service (repair or replacement of the unit). The 2-year guarantee is only valid on presentation of the purchase receipt (must contain the name and address of the dealer as well as the complete designation of the appliance) and the corresponding guarantee certificate, on which the type of appliance as well as the serial number (visible on the box and on the back or bottom of the appliance) must be noted! Without presentation of the guarantee certificate, only the legal guarantee applies!
