When using this or any other electrical appliance, always follow these basic safety precautions, especially when children are present.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
⚠ WARNING- WARNING-To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, serious personal injury and property damage please note the following:
- This product is not intended for use by children. Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. Extra caution is necessary when using this appliance near children.
- Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and allowed to cool before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning it.
- Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use.
- Do not immerse the Base, Power Cord, or Plug of this product in or expose the Power Cord or Plug to water or other liquids.
- Do not place in Dishwasher or use abrasive sponges or cloths to clean the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use protective oven mitts or gloves when removing the Lid
- Take proper precautions to prevent burns, fire, personal or property damage as this appliance generates heat and steam during use.
- Only use attachments recommended, provided, or sold by the product manufacturer.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in a heated oven, or other heated surfaces.
- Use extreme caution when moving an appliance containing hot food, water, or other liquids.
- Use the product in a well-ventilated area. Keep at least 4-6 inches of space on all sides of the product to allow adequate air circulation.
- Keep the product away from curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dishtowels, or other flammable materials.
- Do not plug or unplug the product from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
⚠️ CAUTION-- To reduce the risk of personal/product and/or property damage.
- This product is intended solely for non-commercial, non-industrial, household use in cooking of food for human consumption; do not use the product outdoors or for any other purpose.
- Do not operate the product empty.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter where it may be tripped over or pulled. Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces.
- Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut Power Cord or plug, if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if it is dropped or damaged, or if the Motor Housing is dropped in or exposed to water.
- This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Please review the Warranty Policy on Page 7.
- Do not overload wall outlet, extension cords, or integral convenience holders, as this can result in a fire or electric shock.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning and allow appliance to cool before cleaning or adding and removing parts.
• DONUTS WILL BE VERY HOT. USE A NON-METAL SPOON TO CAREFULLY REMOVE THEM
- Always plug cord into wall outlet before operation. There is no on or off switch. To turn off, remove plug from wall outlet. Allow unit to cool before storing.
- A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
– The marked electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the product;
- If the product is of a 3-prong grounding type, the extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
- Arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over or pulled.
WARNING: This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other blade) to reduce the risk of electric shock. This is a safety feature. The plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to insert the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still does not contact a qualified electrician. Never use the plug with an extension cord unless you can fully insert the plug into the extension cord. Do not alter the plug. Do not attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.

Power Indicator Light (RED) Ready Indicator Light (GREEN) LidHOW TO USE
- Before first use, wipe down all surfaces with a damp cloth and dry.
- Find a dry, suitable, level surface near an electrical outlet.

The Nonstick Cooking Surface should be lightly coated with a small amount of vegetable oil. Vegetable oil can be applied with a paper towel or with a nonstick oil spray. The oil will help protect the nonstick quality of the cooking surface. *This should be done periodically to maintain the nonstick quality.

Preheat the appliance by closing the Lid and plugging into an electrical outlet.

When the power is on, the Red Power Light will come on. The Green Ready Light will stay off while the appliance is preheating.

The appliance should preheat for a minimum of 3 minutes. The Green Ready Light will turn on when the appliance is ready to cook.

While the appliance is preheating, you may prepare the ingredients for your Mini Donuts.

Raise the Lid using an oven mitt or potholder to prevent accidental burns.

Fill each of the seven pastry wells in the Nonstick Cooking Surface with mixture.

Close the Lid using a potholder or oven mitt. Make sure Lid is locked.
⚠️ Steam may be released from appliance during cooking. For your safety, avoid contact with steam, as it is very hot and can cause burns.

The cooking time will range between 3-5, depending on the type of pastries being cooked and personal taste.

Once the Donuts have completed cooking, raise the Lid with a potholder or oven mitt. Remove the pastries from the Nonstick Cooking Surface with a plastic or wooden spoon. DO NOT use metal utensils, as they may scratch and damage the Nonstick Cooking Surface.

If cooking more than one batch of Donuts in a session, after removal of the first batch, lower the Lid to maintain heat until ready to cook the next batch.
- As soon as you are finished cooking, unplug appliance and allow to cool.
- Once the appliance is cool, following directions in Cleaning and Maintenance section to clean your Mini Donut Maker.
HELPFUL TIPS
NEVER leave the unit unattended while operating.
ATTENTION: During first use, you may notice slight smoking or a slight odor; this is normal with most new appliances. The smoking and odor is caused by the residues burning off the Nonstick Cooking Surface and the Heating Element. Allow the appliance to preheat until smoke and odor no longer exists.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Please take care of your Mini Donut Maker by following these simple instructions and precautions. Cleaning is a snap.
- Disconnect from the electrical outlet by unplugging the appliance.
- Make sure the appliance is cool before cleaning.
- Clean the upper and lower Nonstick Cooking Surface with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry.
- It is that simple!

| BLUEBERRY MINI DONUTS | 2 Cups All-Purpose, Unbleached Flour1⁄2 Cup Granulated White Sugar2 Teaspoons Baking Powder1 Cup Milk1 Egg1⁄3 Cup Vegetable Oil3⁄4 Cup Fresh Blueberries | *Preheat the Mini Donut Maker as directed.*In a large bowl, stir together milk, egg and oil.*Add flour, baking powder, sugar, and blueberries.*Gently mix the batter just until blended.*Carefully pour into pastry wells.C*lose the Lid and cook for 3-5 minutes until light golden brown in color.*Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.Remove each donut with wooden or plastic spoon. Hot Water | *Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.*Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.*Remove from heat, and stir in hot water one tablespoon at a time until the icing is somewhat thin, but not watery.*Dip donuts into the glaze while still hot, and set onto wire racks to drain off excess glaze. |

This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse.
