Thank you for choosing more functions digital scale. These scales have been designed to accurately indicate your body weight, body fat, body water, muscle, bone weight, BMI(Body Mass Index) and daily calorie need. These scales should give many years of service under normal use.

Please study the entire Operating Manual carefully before you start using the product. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference. Make sure other people using the product are familiar with these instructions.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

• Make sure you follow the marked polarity of battery when inserting and replacing it.
- If the appliance will be out of use for a longer time, remove the battery.
- Do not leave the unit unattended when in use.

- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- Use the product only for the intended purpose specified in the Operating Manual.

- Use the unit only on a stable horizontal surface.

- Before cleaning, assembly, or disassembly of the cover, switch the unit off and remove the battery!

- Do not use abrasive or chemically aggressive substances for cleaning the unit. Clean after use with a lightly damp cloth, do not use solvents or immerse the product in water.

- Do not use the unit if it does not operate properly, or if it has been dropped, damaged or exposed to any liquids. Take the unit to an authorized service center for testing and repair.

- The unit is suitable for domestic use only. It is not designed for commercial operation.

• The product was made for indoor use, don't use outdoors.

- Keep the scales in a dry place to protect the electronic components.

- Keep the unit away from heat sources, such as radiators, ovens etc. Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or moisture.

- Do not touch the unit with wet or damp hands.

- The surface of the scales will be slippery if wet.

- Weigh yourself without clothing and footwear, before meals and always at the same time of day. For better accuracy, it is not advised to take the measurement within 2 hours of waking up.

• The product is a fragile measuring device. Prevent it from crashing or falling.

- Avoid overloading the scales, otherwise, permanent damage may occur.

- Do not repair the appliance yourself. Contact an authorized service center. Do not disassemble the scales other than to replace the battery.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL:

1. The scale includes replaceable lithium battery. Please remove the protective film of the battery before use. (Fig. 1)

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. (Do not use it on carpet or soft surface) (Fig. 2)

1. Turn on the scale with the SET button, then wait a few seconds, until the following will be displayed: "0.0", or step on the scale for immediate measuring.
2. Select the weighing mode (kg/st/lb) using the UNIT switch. The switch for changing the unit of measurement can be found on the back side of the scale.
3. Step onto the scale carefully. Your weight should be equally distributed on the scale. Stand still, while the scale measures your weight. The result, your accurate body weight will be displayed in the following way flashing twice on the display.
4. When you step off the scales it will automatically switch off after 10 seconds.
5. If no weighing is carried out while 0.0 is displayed the scales will automatically switch off after 10 seconds.

BODY FAT MEASUREMENT:

In order to ensure accurate results users should enter the required personal parameters: age, sex and height.

These scales have the facility to store the personal parameters of 10 people.

The technology used in these scales, Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) is more technologically advanced than the older Body Mass Index (BMI) method where fat % is calculated using only height and weight. BIA technology uses 5 parameters to get a more accurate resolution for the analysis (weight and biological resistance which are automatically

MODE SELECTION AND PARAMETER SETTING:

• Press SET to switch on the scale, then press it again.
• Press ▲ or ▼ to switch between body parameter 0-9. Press SET to confirm.
• Press ▲ or ▼ to select male or female and sport or normal mode.

Press SET to confirm.

• Press ▲ or ▼ to indicate height.
  Press SET to confirm.
• Press ▲ or ▼ to indicate age.

Press SET to confirm.

Stand on the scales after 0.0 appears. First the weight is recorded, then □□□□ is displayed, indicating that the scales are analysing, please do not alight. Once finished, the weight, body fat, body water, muscle, bone, KCAL and BMI will be displayed alternately for 2 times before the scales automatically turn off. You can check the measured datas with the below charts.*

ERROR WARNING:

In case of error (e.g.: overloading), the following is displayed:

CHANGE BATTERY:

The battery needs to be replaced, when the display screen shows:

Please open the battery holder at the backside of the scale and carefully take out the battery by pressing the small silver colour holding plate to get the battery out of the battery holder.

Replace the low battery to a new battery. The low battery should be thrown to the appropriate place.

BATTERIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN WARRANTY!

When the LCD displays ERR2, ERRH or ERRL, it shows an error in the body fat percentage.

AUTOMATIC IDENTIFICATION RANGE (2.0 KG):

If you correctly measured the body fat last time, it will automatically memorize the user's weight, the next measurement the user can directly stand on the scale to measure the fat, you will not have to re-enter personal data.

Stand directly on the scale, waiting for the weight display.

Then, "OOOO" will be shown.

The LCD displays the body fat, water, BMI, muscle, bone, calorie, and weight. If the scale identifies the weight similar to 2 users or more, you should use ▲ or ▼ to choose your profile.

WEIGHT ONLY MEASUREMENT:

The scale has a step-on function, if you don't set any user information or the user's current weight is not the same or similar to any already set user's weight within 2kg. Step barefoot onto the scale. Stand still with your weight distributed evenly on both legs. The scale will start measuring your weight immediately. When you step off the scale it

will turn off after a few seconds.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

The surface of the unit may only be cleaned using a wet cloth. Do not use any detergents or hard objects as they may damage the unit's surface!

Never clean the unit under running water, do not rinse it, and do not submerge it in water!

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE:

Any extensive maintenance or repair that requires access to the inner parts of the product must be performed by an expert service centre.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION:

- Packaging materials and obsolete appliances should be recycled.

- The transport box may be disposed of as sorted waste.

- Polyethylene bags shall be handed over for recycling.

Appliance recycling at the end of its service life:

A symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that this product should not go into household waste. It must be taken to the collection point of an electric and equipment recycling facility. By making sure this product

is disposed of properly, you will help prevent the negative effects on the environment and human health that would otherwise result from inappropriate disposal of this product.
