How to turn the screen on and off?

Press the Power button on the control panel or remote control. To turn off, hold the button for 3 seconds, then confirm. The LED indicator turns red in standby.

How to connect a computer via HDMI?

Connect an HDMI cable between your computer and one of the monitor's HDMI ports. Select the corresponding HDMI source via the shortcut menu (Source button).

How to use Creative Cast for wireless sharing?

Make sure the monitor and your device are on the same network. Launch the Creative Cast app on your mobile or computer, enter the verification code displayed on the screen, then select the type of content to share (mirror, photos, etc.).

How to configure Wi-Fi on the monitor?

First connect an optional Wi-Fi dongle to the designated slot. Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi, enable Wi-Fi, select your network and enter the password if required.

How to adjust brightness and contrast?

Open the OSD menu with the Menu button, navigate to Image. If the display mode is set to 'Custom', you can adjust the brightness and contrast sliders. Otherwise, choose a preset mode.

What to do if the screen does not turn on?

Check that the power cord is plugged in and the power switch is set to ON (I). Make sure the input source is correct. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to safely clean the screen?

First unplug the device. Use a soft dry cloth to wipe the screen. Never use water, spray cleaner, or abrasive products. For the front bezel, a lint-free cloth is sufficient.

How to lock the screen with a password?

Go to Settings > Security > Screen lock password. Enter a 4-digit password twice. To unlock, enter this password at startup.

How to update the monitor software?

Via Internet (OTA): go to Settings > System > Update and enable automatic check. Via USB key: place the update file (FAT32 format) in the root, plug it in, then select USB software upgrade in the same menu.

The remote control does not work, what to do?

Check the angle (max ±30°) and distance (max 8 m) from the IR sensor. Replace the batteries if they are depleted. Make sure no obstacles block the beam. If the problem persists, try resetting the remote by removing the batteries.
