Can I use a wall mount for this monitor?

Yes, the monitor is compatible with a VESA 800 x 600 mm wall mount. Use M8 x 25L screws. Optoma recommends using an approved wall mount kit and hiring a qualified technician for installation.

How to connect my laptop to the monitor wirelessly?

Make sure the Wi-Fi dongle (optional) is installed. Use the Creative Cast app on your computer or smartphone. Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network, then launch Creative Cast and enter the verification code displayed on the screen.

How to use the PIP (picture-in-picture) function?

From the Shortcut menu, select PIP Mode. Choose the secondary source, size, and position of the PIP window. Note that PIP mode is only available with an Android source as the main source.

What to do if the monitor turns off automatically?

Check if a power outage occurred or if the power cord is properly plugged in. Check the automatic power-off settings in System > Power menu. If the problem persists, contact Optoma support.

In the device settings, enable the Tiling function. Configure the wall dimensions (H x V, up to 5x5) and the position of each screen. Enable bezel compensation if necessary. The total resolution remains 3840x2160.
