How to use the VisoRelax?

Clean your face, turn on the device by pressing 0.5 seconds, apply the serum, massage from the outer corner to the inner corner while touching the contact plate. Change eyes at the beep. The device turns off automatically after 3 minutes.

How long does the battery charge last?

Full charge takes about 4 to 5 hours and allows approximately 60 applications. The red indicator blinks during charging and stays on when finished.

Is the VisoRelax waterproof?

No, do not wash or spray water on the device. Simply clean it with a soft cloth.

Can I use the device without serum?

Serum is recommended for optimal effectiveness and to facilitate gliding. B.Kettner serum is specially formulated to interact with the device.

How to clean the device?

Wipe the head and body with a soft cloth after each use. Do not use water or abrasive products.

What to do if the device does not turn on?

Check that the battery is charged. Plug in the charger and wait for the red indicator to stay on. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Can I use VisoRelax if I wear contact lenses?

No, remove contact lenses before use to avoid any risk.

What is the battery life?

The battery is built-in and can be removed for recycling. Follow the instructions to open the casing and disconnect the wires before disposal.

Is the device safe for daily use?

Yes, it is designed for use 1 to 2 times a day. Follow safety instructions: do not use on irritated skin, after sunbathing, or near water.

What does the warranty cover?

The commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year, excluding normal wear and tear and mishandling. The legal warranty for conformity and hidden defects is 2 years.

PAY ATTENTION WHILE USING

Skin moisturizing function

The device is applied to skin in contact with the contact plate and the head of the device.
Make sure to hold the contact plate with your hand for effective functioning.

Charging

Insert the AC adaptor into the charging socket.
Insert the mains plug into a wall socket.
The red light will flash repeatedly to indicate the battery is charging.
When it is fully charged (after approximately 4-5 hour), the red light will stay ON.
When the battery is running low, the red light will flash repeatedly.

WARNING For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with this appliance.

Instructions to remove the battery:

Open the front housing to remove the inner box from the unit. Unclip the two wires connected to the positive and negative terminal of the battery. Then the battery can be removed from the unit.

The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
The battery is to be disposed of safely.

How to use

Contact plate (5)

Touch this (silver glossy) part and apply the head to your skin

1. Cleanse face and remove all eye makeup to clean the skin.
2. Turn on the device by pressing the ON/OFF buttons for 0.5 second.
3. Apply activation serum onto the target area.

(We recommend B.Kettner eye formulation products.)

Take a pearl-sized amount of eye cream and apply it around the eye area:

eyelid - corner of the eye - under the eye

Gently dab the skin evenly with your finger, as lightly as possible.

1. Once the BLUE indicator stops flashing, check the temperature with your fingertip.
2. Grasp the body so that your hand touches the contact plate.
3. Glide the device slowly and gently massage

from the outer corner to inner corner of your eye.

1. Stay on a highlighted acupoint for 3 – 5 times to achieve relaxation and to soothe a fatigued eye.
2. When you hear a "Beep" sound, switch to another eye.
3. The device will switch off automatically.
4. Keep the skin clean and free from makeup for optimal results.

Commercial Warranty (This warranty is only for the French market)

The warranty and after sales service are valid only in the country of purchase.

If the device fails during the first year after purchase, please contact the store where you bought the device: once you have used and employed the device according to the instructions, and if the problem is not due to mishandling or improper maintenance. The warranty does not cover wear and tear of parts under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage during delivery, if the device has been dropped or through improper use.

If the device does not work, read the instructions to make sure you have followed them. If this does not resolve the problem, contact the store where you bought the device. Only an authorized customer service agent is authorized to repair the device.

Legal guarantee
