SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Read the following operating instructions carefully before use.
• Always remove the plug from the socket when not using the appliance or before cleaning the appliance.
• Check that the power supply parameters on the unit's rating plate match those of your mains supply.
• Do not hang the cable on sharp edges or allow it to come into contact with hot surfaces.
• Never pull the cord to disconnect the device from the power source.
• Never leave a vacuum cleaner on unattended.
• Take special care when children are around.

- Do not let the hoover ride on the mains cable, as this can damage the cable's insulation cover.

- Do not attempt to use the hoover if any technical fault is suspected.

- Do not use the appliance even if the mains cable or plug is damaged - in this case, have the appliance repaired at an authorised service centre.

- The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause damage to the unit, injury or fire.

- Take special care when operating the hoover on stairs.

- Do not immerse the appliance, cord or plug in water or other liquids - the mains cord and plug must be kept dry at all times.

- Do not use the hoover to collect flammable and corrosive liquids, solvents, matches, ashes, cigarette butts, oils, sharp objects, etc. This can cause damage to the device or even a fire! Also do not vacuum near flammable liquids and substances!

- Due to the hoover's plastic housing, keep the appliance away from all heat sources (radiators, cookers, etc.).

- Do not block the inlet and outlet openings of the hoover!

- The hoover is intended for domestic use only.

- This equipment may be used by children of at least 8 years of age and by persons of diminished physical and mental capabilities and persons with inexperience and lack of familiarity with the equipment if supervision or instruction is provided on how to use the equipment safely so that the associated risks are under-

stood. Unsupervised children should not carry out cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.

• Children are not allowed to play with the device.
• Keep the device and its cable out of the reach of children under 8 years of age.
• Do not vacuum people or pets, and be especially careful not to bring the suction tips close to your eyes and ears.

- Before replacing equipment, turn off the equipment and disconnect it from the power supply.

- Do not vacuum without a bag, filters or if they are damaged.

- Check the suction hose, pipes and squeegees - remove debris inside.

- Use the vacuum cleaner only indoors and only for vacuuming dry surfaces. Wet cleaned carpets dry before vacuuming.

- For the safety of children, please do not leave freely accessible parts of the packaging (plastic bags, cardboard boxes, polystyrene, etc.).

ELECTROSTATICS

Vacuuming certain surfaces in low-humidity conditions may result in a slight charge of the device. This is a natural phenomenon, does not damage the device and is not a defect. In order to minimize this phenomenon, it is recommended to:

• discharge of the device by frequently touching metal objects in the room with the pipe
  -increasing the humidity of the air in the room
  -use of generally available antistatic agents.

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Take the vacuum cleaner out of the packaging, remove all stickers, shipping locks, bags and fillers.

2. Check the vacuum cleaner for any damage that may have occurred during transport. Contact your retailer if you suspect damage.

3. Assemble the vacuum cleaner correctly (see chapter: „ASSEMBLING (DISASSEMBLY) OF THE VACUUM CLEANER“).

4. Make sure that the parameters of your power supply correspond to the data on the rating plate of the device.

ASSEMBLY (DISASSEMBLY) OF THE VACUUM CLEANER

1. Insert the tube (3) into the latch (6) and close the latch.
2. Install the selected brush on the end of the tube in the dust container (4).

USING THE DEVICE

1. Make sure the vacuum cleaner is properly assembled, the filters are in place.

2. Choose the most suitable accessories for your cleaning tasks. For the most effective cleaning, use the following accessories:

3. floor and carpet brush (5) - vacuuming carpets and hard surfaces such as stoneware or terracotta

4. crevice attachment (8) - vacuuming in hard-to-reach places.

5. small multifunctional brush (9) – vacuuming curtains, upholstery, clothing, furniture, blinds.

6. Insert the plug of the vacuum cleaner into the power socket and turn on the device with the switch (1).

ATTENTION! The device is only intended for vacuuming dry surfaces!

1. Check the filling level of the dust container (4) on an ongoing basis, if it is full, stop vacuuming and empty the dust container. Working with an overfilled container reduces the efficiency of vacuuming (reducing the centrifugal force that throws impurities into the container) and leads to premature clogging of the filters.
2. If during operation you notice a clear decrease in suction power and the dust container is empty, be sure to check the patency and the currently used equipment.
3. Depending on your needs, you can use the vacuum cleaner without the tube (3) with the handle (4) fig. 1. In this way, you reduce the dimensions of the vacuum cleaner and thus you can vacuum hard-to-reach places.
4. After finishing vacuuming, turn off the device with the switch (1) and then disconnect it from the mains.

EMPTYING THE DUST CONTAINER

1. Turn off the vacuum cleaner with the switch (1) and disconnect it from the power source.
2. Open the vacuum cleaner with the button (7) and empty the dust into the garbage.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Clean the outer surfaces of the vacuum cleaner, the inside of the dust container and accessories with a damp cloth and then wipe them dry. For heavy soiling, use a mild detergent.
2. After each vacuuming, empty the dust container and clean the EPA filter (10) on a regular basis.

ATTENTION! Always turn off the device and remove the plug from the mains socket before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning activities. Do not immerse the device in water!

Marking on the product indicates that after the service-life of the product expires, it should not be disposed with other type of municipal waste. Used equipment may have a negative impact on the environment and health of people due to potentially containing hazardous substances, mixtures and components. Mixing electric waste with other types of waste or disassembling those in an unprofessional manner may cause a release of substances that are hazardous to the environment and health.

Used equipment should be handed-over to a point for collection of electric waste. In order to obtain detailed information regarding the electric waste collection points, the user should contact the municipal point of electric waste collection or used equipment processing department.
