How do I assemble the vacuum cleaner for grooming?
Insert the suction hose into the air outlet (or inlet) and twist clockwise. Then attach the desired grooming accessory to the other end of the hose. Ensure all components are securely connected before use.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

-Read the instructions carefully before use.
-Do not handle the device with wet hands.
-Take special care when children are near the device.
- The device is used for grooming pet hair. Do not use the device for purposes other than those for which it was intended.
- Do not use the device to suck up combustible liquids, ash, cigarette butts, oils and sharp objects, etc. This can damage the device or even cause fire!
- Exercise caution. Do not direct the air intake/exhaust components of the device directly towards sensitive areas, e.g. eyes, ears, intimate areas, etc.
-Do not use the razor to cut wet hair.
-The trimmer is only used for trimming the hair.
-Be careful when cutting sensitive areas.
- Do not immerse the device, cable or charger in water or other liquids.
-Do not leave the device unattended during operation.

- Always remove the plug from the mains socket when not in use or before cleaning.

-Check the housing regularly for damage.

-The device should be put on a dry, flat and stable surface.

-The device is intended for domestic use only.

-Always ensure that all parts of the device are correctly fitted before starting work.

- Use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause damage to the device, fire or personal injury.

- This equipment may be used by children of at least 8 years of age and by persons of diminished physical, mental capacity and lack

of experience and knowledge of the equipment if supervision or instruction is provided regarding the safe use of the equipment so that the hazards involved are understood. Unsupervised children should not perform cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.

- The device is not a toy and should not be used as such by children.

- Keep the device and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years of age.

- Do not pull the plug out of the power socket by pulling the cord.

- The equipment is not designed to operate using external timers or a separate remote control.

-Do not connect the plug to the power socket with wet hands.

- Check that the power parameters on the device's rating plate correspond to the parameters of your power supply network.

-Clean the filters and empty the hair container regularly.

-CAUTION! Before starting cleaning and maintenance works, disconnect the device from the power supply network and wait until it cools down completely after work. Do not submerge the device into water!

- CAUTION! Do not use sharp objects, abrasive polishes, solvents or other strong chemicals for cleaning since their use may cause damages to the device.

- The device is not waterproof - make sure that the device, cable, power supply are always kept dry.

-The air outlet and air inlet openings must not be covered!

- For additional protection, it is advisable to install a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual current not exceeding 30mA in the electrical circuit that supplies the bathroom. A specialist electrician should be consulted in this regard.

- When using the device in the bathroom, disconnect it from the power source after use, as the proximity of water is constituted a hazard, even when the device is turned off.

- WARNING! Do not allow children to play with the film. Danger of suffocation!

-CAUTION! Batteries contain substances that can cause environmental pollution. Do not dispose of the used battery with ordinary household waste.

  • Do not expose the battery to fire, extreme temperatures, water, moisture or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
  • Do not store the battery together with metal objects, e.g. paper clips, nails, coins, etc., or intentionally short-circuit the negative and positive terminals – risk of ignition, explosion.

- Do not allow a situation to develop which may result in deformation of the battery, e.g. significant shocks, vibrations, mechanical pressure, etc. – Batteries must not be used if they are damaged (mechanical damage, substance leakage, etc.).

-If a battery leak occurs, do not touch the leaking substance.

WARNING! Do not use this device near bathtubs, showers, swimming pools and similar water tanks!

-For the safety of children, please do not leave freely accessible parts of the packaging (plastic bags, cardboard boxes, polystyrene, etc.).

CAUTION! The trimmer is powered by 2 x AA 1.5V batteries. Batteries are not supplied with the MOD-1000.

ASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE

  1. Unpack the device and remove all fillers, stickers and bags.
  2. Check that the hair container and all filters are correctly fitted. You will find a detailed description of the assembly and disassembly of these components in the chapter "FILTERS CLEANING".
  3. Pressing down, insert the end of the suction hose (15) into the air outlet (3) or air inlet (10) and twist clockwise until you feel resistance. To remove the suction hose (15), proceed in reverse.
  4. Connect the other side of the suction hose (15) to the appropriate equipment (16), (17), (18), (19), (20) depending on your pet's grooming needs.

USING THE DEVICE

  1. Before switching on the vacuum cleaner, unfold the power cord (4) to the appropriate length and insert the plug into the mains socket.
  2. Turn the power knob to the ON position (1a) to switch on the vacuum cleaner.
  3. During the operation of the device, select the optimal suction power with the suction power regulator knob (1). Three modes are available: Silent, Standard and Strong. Gently run the brush through your pet's hair in an even motion. When using it for the first time, we suggest starting in Silent mode (1b).
  4. The device is equipped with a dryer function. Connect the suction hose to the air outlet (3), fit the drying nozzle (19) and press the button (2) to activate the warm air mode.
  5. Keep the dust container level under regular control (9). The overfilling of the container will result in the weakening of the suction power and the fast soiling of the filters.

CAUTION! If you sense a loss of suction power in the vacuum cleaner then clean the hair container and/or unblock the suction hose.

CAUTION! The device is equipped with overheating protection. If it switches off after prolonged operation, leave it to cool down for about 60 minutes.

  1. To optimally position the device after use, use the suction hose parking space (6) in the horizontal position located on the side of the vacuum cleaner next to the hair container (9).

  2. To coil up the power cable (4), wrap it in the space provided for winding up the power cable (5).

CAUTION! Vacuuming certain surfaces in low humidity conditions may cause the device to become slightly electrified. This is a natural phenomenon, which does not damage the device and is not a defect. In order to minimise this phenomenon, it is recommended to: discharge the device by frequently touching metal objects in the room with the pipe, increase the air humidity in the room, use generally available anti-electrostatic agents.

DESCRIPTION OF ACCESSORIES

GROOMING (COMBING) BRUSH

The brush is used to brush the pet hair along with dust and dirt. At the same time, it has a combing function to make the hair smoother and fluffier.

Press the button on the brush to suck up your pet's groomed hair.

PAW AND CLAW BRUSH/MATERIAL CLEANING BRUSH

The brush is used to remove dirt from paws and claws of animals and to remove hair from upholstery and clothes.

BRUSH FOR REMOVAL OF UNDERCOAT

The brush is used to quickly and easily remove dead pet hair.

CAUTION! Pay attention to the sharp edge and position during use. The head should not be pressed too hard to avoid irritating the animal's skin.

Press the button on the head to suck up your pet's groomed hair.

DRYING NOZZLE/ SLOTTED NOZZLE

The nozzle can be used as a pet hair dryer and to pick up hair on furniture and in hard-to-reach places.

ELECTRIC TRIMMER

BATTERY INSTALLATION/REMOVAL

Before using the trimmer for the first time, fit 2 x AA 1.5V batteries into the device.

CAUTION! 2 x AA 1.5V batteries are not supplied with the device.

To fit the batteries in the clipper, remove the pick-up head (20f) using the head release button (20e), then remove the battery cover (20c) and fit 2 x AA 1.5V batteries. When installing the batteries, pay attention to the correct installation and the polarity of the cell. Do not combine batteries of different types or new and used batteries. When removing the battery, proceed in reverse.

CAUTION! Do not discard used batteries with your municipal waste. Only discard them in proper pick-up points or at the store. Do not place the battery in fire.

USING AN ELECTRIC TRIMMER

The clipper is used to trim the pet hair. Using the pick-up head (20f), the hair will be drawn straight into the hair container. The trimmer can be used with a vacuum cleaner or separately.

  1. Switch the clipper on with the on/off slider (20a) on the side of the device.
  2. Move the 3-stage blade height adjustment slider (20b) up or down to adjust the distance of the cutting blade.

  1. The heads (20g, 20h, 20i, 20j) can be used to trim your pet's coat depending on the length of hair you want to leave.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Each time, prior to start any maintenance or cleaning activities, turn off the device and remove the plug from the socket.
  2. After using the device, press the hair container release button (8) and then remove it. Use the key to remove the filter assembly and discard the hair. Wash and dry the hair container (9). Moisture and contamination may cause unpleasant odours to develop inside the container and tank.

FILTER CLEANING

a. To maintain filters efficiency, a periodical check-in is required.
b. Wash the plastic pre-filter (11), circular metal filter (12), circular sponge filter (13) and circular Hepa filter (14) with warm water without detergent.

c. Cleaned filters should be allowed to dry completely before reuse.

CAUTION! Do not put the filter in the dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave.

  1. Stop using the device immediately if any unusual vibration, noise or smell is experienced, and perform maintenance.
  2. If the suction opening is blocked, stop using the device immediately. Remove the hair container (9), clean the air inlet and filters.

CAUTION! To achieve the best possible performance, clean the filters and the hair container after each use.

CAUTION! Do not assembly wet filters – risk of damage to the vacuum cleaner.

TRIMMER CLEANING

  1. Clean the housing of the device with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.
  2. Push out the blade located on the front of the razor with your hand. Clean the blade area, while rinsing the blade gently under running water. Dry blade before installation.

CAUTION! Never immerse the razor blades completely in water.

  1. Wash the shearing heads in warm water with mild detergent and allow to dry completely.
