USER MANUAL 730N HAMILTON BEACH

1. Read all instructions.

2. This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced

physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are closely supervised and instructed concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

3. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance

and its cord out of reach of children.

4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near

children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

5. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put cord, plug,

base, or motor in water or other liquid.

6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged supply cord or

plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Supply cord replacement and repairs must be conducted by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Other Consumer Safety Information This appliance is intended for household use only. w WARNING Electrical Shock Hazard: This appliance is provided with a polarized plug (one wide blade) to reduce the risk of electric shock. The plug fits only one way into a polarized outlet. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the plug by modifying the plug in any way or by using an adapter. 1. Make sure Drink Mixer is set

to OFF ( ). Plug into outlet. Place ingredients to be mixed in Cup and insert Mixing Shaft until it snaps into place.

2. Place Cup onto Drink Mixer,

making certain Cup’s top edge is behind Cup Support and Cup bottom is on Cup Rest.

3. Move Control Switch to

desired speed to process. Start with 1 (low) speed; then increase to 2 (high) speed if desired. For hard ice cream or very thick shakes, remove Cup from Rest and Support. With Mixing Shaft still submerged in mixture, move Cup around for more thorough mixing.

4. When finished, turn unit to

OFF ( ) and tilt Head up. Remove Cup, pour contents from Cup, and serve.

  • Cup must always be filled to at least minimum 4 oz (118 mL) mark for liquids to reach Mixing Shift. Do not fill above maximum 12 oz (355 mL) mark or liquid may overflow while mixing.
  • This Drink Mixer is great for mixing protein drinks. Syrups and powders should be added just before mixing to prevent sinking to bottom of Cup.
  • Most drinks can be mixed in less than 2 minutes.
  • If using fresh fruit, always mash or puree before adding to ingredients in Cup.
  • All liquids should be as cold as possible for a thicker and more frothy drink.

1. Make sure Drink Mixer is unplugged and Control Switch is set to

OFF ( ). To remove Mixing Shaft, tilt Head up and pull Mixing Shaft straight down.

2. To clean Base, wipe with damp cloth or sponge. Do not use

abrasive cleansers of any kind.

3. Cup and Mixing Shaft are dishwasher-safe on top rack. DO NOT

use “SANITIZE” setting when washing in dishwasher. SANITIZE cycle temperatures could damage your product. w WARNING Electrical Shock Hazard. Do not immerse drink mixer, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
