How to use the Pilo No.1?

After charging the device, turn it on by pressing the on/off button. Gently brush the fabric with the shaver to remove lint and pills. Do not press too hard to avoid damaging the fabric. Always test on a small inconspicuous area before proceeding to the entire garment.

Charging time is approximately 5 hours. The button indicator turns red during charging and green when the battery is fully charged.

How to clean the Pilo No.1?

What fabrics can be treated with the Pilo No.1?

The Pilo No.1 is suitable for most fabrics, including wool, cotton, polyester, etc. For very fine or delicate fabrics, use light pressure and test first on a hidden area.

What to do if the Pilo No.1 stops suddenly?

The device automatically shuts off in case of excessive pressure or motor blockage to prevent overheating. Wait a few seconds and turn it back on. If the problem persists, check that nothing is blocking the blades.

Can I use the Pilo No.1 on a garment I am wearing?

No, it is not recommended to use the shaver on a garment you are wearing. Always lay the garment flat on a surface before use.

How to Use Pilo No.1 Fabric Shaver

• Use the usb cable to charge the Pilo No.1 fabric shaver. The button light will turn red to indicate that it is charging.
• When the battery is fully charged the button light will turn green. Unplug the device when the charging is completed. It normally takes 5 hours to recharge the battery.

- Turn on the machine by pressing the on/off button.

- To use it, gently swipe the fabric with the trimmer to remove fuzz and pilling. If you push the Pilo No.1 Fabric Shaver hard against the fabric, you risk damaging it. Therefore, remember to always try the Pilo No.1 Fabric Shaver on a small, less notable spot before going over the whole piece. Please note that Steamery does not take responsibility for this kind of damage.

- Please note: to eliminate the risk of damaging the fabric, always place the garment on a flat surface before you start using the Pilo No.1.

- When the on/off button starts to flash in red, the device needs charging.

- Turn off the machine by pressing the on/off button.

- It is important to remove the fuzz from the machine. To do so, turn off the machine and then remove both the storage bin and the blade protector, then use the little brush for easy cleaning. Remember to remove the fuzz around the razor blades as well. Pay extra attention that no hairs or threads are around the spinning asix.

- In case the machine is subjected to excessive pressure or if the motor gets blocked, the machine will automatically shut off, in order to protect the motor from overheating and breaking. You will be able to turn the machine back on after 2 seconds, when its components have cooled down.
