What to do if the heater turns off by itself?
This is normal: the appliance is equipped with overheat protection. Unplug it, wait about 40 minutes, remove any obstruction from the air inlet/outlet grilles, then plug it back in. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.
Can I use the heater in a bathroom or near a water source?
No, never use the Livoo DOM477 near a bathtub, shower, or swimming pool. The appliance is not waterproof and poses a risk of electrocution. Maintain a safe distance.
How to clean and maintain the Livoo DOM477?
Before any cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it cool completely. Use a dry cloth to wipe the exterior or a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the grilles. Never use abrasive or liquid cleaners.
