How to turn on the JA14G oven?
Set the main switch to ON (position 1). The interior light turns on. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature. The oven preheats until the green thermostat light comes on (stable temperature). Load the oven quickly to avoid heat loss.
What to do if the oven does not heat?
Check that the thermostat is set to a sufficient temperature. If the motors are running, ensure the manual gas valve is open. If the burner does not ignite, set the thermostat to OFF, wait 10 seconds, then set back to the desired temperature (repeat up to 3 times). If the problem persists, call a qualified technician.
How to adjust temperature with the ECM-1 control?

Select the recipe number (1 to 99) using the keypad. Hold the 'Program' key for 3 seconds to enter programming mode. Use the Temperature, Timer, Steam, Fan keys, etc. to set each step. Press 'Program' for 3 seconds to exit. Up to 10 steps per recipe.
