Which phones are compatible with the Anker 623 Magnetic Wireless Charger?

It is designed for MagSafe compatible devices (iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15 and later). Non-MagSafe cases, such as Otterbox Defender, are not compatible.

Can I charge my earbuds on this charger?

Yes, the lower area allows charging of wireless earbuds (e.g., AirPods Pro). However, do not place a phone on this area as it may not charge properly.

What do the LED indicators mean?

Solid white for 3 seconds then off: connected to power. Alternating LEDs: charging in progress. White flash: metal object detected or incompatible power adapter.

Why is my phone not charging?

Check that you are using a Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 or Power Delivery wall adapter (5V/1A or computer USB port are insufficient). Make sure no metal object (magnetic plate, keys, etc.) is between the charger and the phone.

Is it normal for the charger to get hot?

A slight warmth is normal. If the temperature exceeds 40°C, the charging speed decreases to protect the device. Avoid charging in direct sunlight or near heat sources.

Can I use a thick case with this charger?

Non-MagSafe or thick cases (over 3 mm) may block charging. Remove the case if necessary. External magnetic rings are not recommended.

How to clean the wireless charger?

Use a dry cloth or a soft brush. Do not use liquids as they could damage the device.

What are the safety risks to be aware of?

Do not drop, disassemble, or expose to water or flames. Ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C. This product is suitable for temperate climates only.

Is the charger compatible with Samsung Galaxy phones?

Yes, if your Samsung supports Qi wireless charging, it will work but at reduced speed (5W) because it is not optimized for MagSafe.

• This wireless charger is not compatible with non-Magsafe phone cases, such as Otterbox Defender cases.
- It is not advised to charge a phone on the earbuds charging area.
- When the angle between the phone charging part and the base is less than 40^ , the wireless earbuds charging function will turn off automatically for safety.
- Connect the wireless charger to a Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 or Power Delivery wall adapter. Do not connect to a 5V/1A wall charger or a USB port on a computer as it may affect the wireless charging function.
Do not place any foreign objects between your device and the wireless charger's surface, including metal pads on a car mount, magnetic cards, door keys, coins, NFC cards, or other metal objects, as they could potentially demagnetize the wireless charger, affect the charging speed, or cause overheating.

• Wireless chargers make charging more convenient than wired chargers, but confined by current wireless technology, their charging speed is slower than that of wired chargers.
- High temperatures will reduce charging speed and restrict power. It is recommended that you charge your device in environments with temperatures below 40°C / 104°F.
