How to adjust the speed and temperature on the DIVA 4D Tsubaki?

The speed and temperature adjustment buttons are separate. You can combine 2 speeds (medium and high) and 3 temperatures (cool, warm, very hot) to get 6 possible combinations. Use the dedicated switches.

What is the cold shot function used for?

The cold shot function allows you to set the hairstyle permanently. Press the dedicated button when the motor is on: the hot air instantly cools to improve the hold. Release to return to the previous setting.

How to attach and remove the accessories?

The accessories have a snap-on system. Push the nozzle until you hear a click for proper positioning. To remove, apply gentle force in the opposite direction.

How to clean the hair dryer?

Before cleaning, unplug the device and let it cool down. Clean the rear grille (air intake) with a vacuum cleaner to remove impurities. Clean the body with a soft damp cloth. Make sure the device is completely dry before using it again.

Why does smoke come out during first use?

The device has a protective coating around the heating coils. During first use, this coating heats up and may emit some smoke for about 30 seconds. This is normal and safe. Let the device run until the smoke disappears.

COOL SHOT:

This button is used for setting the style; motor should be on. When this button is pushed, the hot air is immediately cooled and helps to better set the style. Once the button is released, the air flow goes back to the setting selected.

HOW TO USE ATTACHMENTS SUPPLIED:

All attachments are put on exerting pressure; just push the concentrator nozzle until you hear it click, which indicates that it is positioned correctly. After use, pull attachment in the opposite direction to remove.
