How to charge the TXHR6 watch?

Hold the strap on the right side and push the tracker outward by pressing from the back. Then connect the tracker to a USB port to charge it. Charging time is approximately 1 hour.

How to connect the watch to my smartphone?

Download the FunDo Pro app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, open the app, and tap 'Add device' in 'More'. Select 'TX-HR6' from the list to establish the connection.

What to do if the watch does not turn on?

Make sure the battery is charged. Plug the watch into the charger for at least 1 hour. If it still does not turn on, press and hold the display button for 5 seconds to turn it on.

Is the watch waterproof?

Yes, the watch has a protection rating of IP67, which means it is dust resistant and can be temporarily immersed in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, avoid intentionally submerging it.

What is the battery life?

Battery life is approximately 7 days with normal use and up to 20 days on standby. Full charging takes about 1 hour.

Which smartphones is the TXHR6 compatible with?

It is compatible with smartphones running Android 5.1 or higher and iOS 8.0 or higher.

How does sleep tracking work?

Sleep tracking is automatic between 9 PM and 9 AM. The watch detects your light and deep sleep. For more details, check the FunDo Pro app.

Can I receive notifications on the watch?

Yes, the watch displays notifications for calls, SMS, emails, WhatsApp, and social networks. You need to enable them first in the FunDo Pro app.

How to use the anti-loss function to find my phone?

In the 'More' menu of the watch, select 'Find my phone'. The watch will ring your phone, even in silent mode. Make sure the Bluetooth connection is active.

What is the warranty period?

The warranty is 2 years. In case of problem, contact the retailer or store where you purchased the product.

Connect the Fitnessstracker with the FunDo Pro APP

Wait until the device is fully charged. Activate the Bluetooth of your Smartphone. Than open the APP. Confirm all requests to get the most out of the APP. Press „Add device“ under „More“ and search for “TX-HR6”. Choose “TX-HR6” from the list and you are ready. Now the Fitnessstracker is connected with your Smartphone and the APP.

When the Fitnessstracker is connected to the APP successfully, it will synchronize the time, the date and the language. It counts steps, distance and calories automatically. Press the display button to activate the LCD screen. Swipe with the display button through the menu. To start or enter an option hold the touch button.

- Bluetooth connection becomes disconnected when the device exceeds a certain distance. ● Reconnect with Bluetooth if Bluetooth does not work for more than 5 min. ● Before binding the bracelet to another account, you need to unbind it with the current account. ● If the bracelet cannot be illuminated, connect the bracelet to the charger.
