EN EN Limited warranty (for USA and Canada only) WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER? This warranty covers any defects in the wheels, frame and car seat adapters, zippers, harnesses, seams in the covering, Velcro, and colorfastness of your Bugaboo product, with the exceptions stated below. WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER? This warranty does not cover claims and damage from:

• Normal wear and tear,

• Misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage and product care,

• Maintenance and use other than that indicated in the user guide,

• Failure to follow the instructions in the user guide,

• Abuse, neglect, carelessness, or accident,

• Caused by the modification or alteration of the product,

• Air transportation or freight damage,

• Damage to tires such as holes or tears, and

• Incorrect mounting or installation of third party parts that are incompatible with the product. This warranty does not cover a Bugaboo product whose serial number has been damaged or removed. This warranty only covers damage and defects and does not extend to claims that you may have regarding dissatisfaction with the product in terms of its fit, weight, functionality, color or design. This warranty is limited to consumers - buyers of the product for their personal use or personal family or household purposes. This warranty does not extend to unauthorized purchasers of the product intended for resale or for purchasers who intend to use this product for commercial use such as rental of the product to others. WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE? This warranty remains in force for two years from the date of purchase as long as you are the original purchaser who owns the Bugaboo product. You must keep your receipt as proof of the date of purchase. Replacement or repaired parts will only be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty. WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS? We will repair your Bugaboo product at no cost to you, or if repair is not possible, replace the product. We will pay for transportation from and to the retailer that will service your Bugaboo product, as long as the repair or replacement is covered by this warranty. Bugaboo reserves the right to stop manufacturing a particular model, color, fabric or accessory, and therefore it will replace a part with a similar product, color or fabric during the period of this warranty. HOW CAN YOU GET SERVICE? To obtain service for your Bugaboo product, contact the retailer from which you purchased the product. If the retailer is unable to arrange for the service of your product or if Bugaboo was your retailer, you can contact our Customer Support Team using our online contact form (www.bugaboo.com/support). When you submit a claim for service, you must provide a copy of the purchase receipt, a description of the issue with the product, and the product and/or photographs of the product or part which is broken or not working properly. HOW WILL STATE LAW AFFECT YOUR CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS UNDER THIS WARRANTY? To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, written or oral, including but not limited to any express warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is expressly limited to this warranty period. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow an exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY (FOR AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND ONLY) As the manufacturer, Bugaboo International BV, which has its principal place of business in Amsterdam (“Bugaboo”), supplies the Bugaboo stroller (“product”) under warranty, subject to the following conditions:

1. Bugaboo’s warranty period is 24 months, from the date of purchase as

indicated on the sales receipt. The remaining warranty period for the original product will apply for a replacement part or product or a repaired product.

2. Bugaboo’s warranty applies only in the region (USA and Canada or Europe or

Russia or Australia and New Zealand or Asia) in which the product was purchased. Bugaboo warrants that the product will be in compliance only with the statutory provisions and/or government regulations that apply in the region in which the product was sold. Bugaboo reserves the right to apply a different warranty for other regions.

3. Bugaboo’s warranty provides a right to repair unless Bugaboo is of the opinion

that replacement or return of the product is necessary. Bugaboo will bear the expense and risk of transport from and to the retailer (“the retailer”) where you purchased the product, if the repair is covered by manufacturer’s warranty.

4. To claim under Bugaboo’s warranty you must provide Bugaboo with the

following: - a copy of the dated purchase receipt, - a clear description of the complaint and - the defective product and/or photographs of the defective part or product.

5. Bugaboo’s warranty is not transferable and may therefore only be invoked by

example the right to hold the retailer accountable for defects. WHAT IS COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY? Bugaboo’s warranty applies in respect of the product and covers the following:

• all manufacturing defects in the frame;

• all manufacturing defects in the adapters;

• seams in the covering;

• If you have made or arranged for modifications or repairs to be made without first having received written permission from Bugaboo or the retailer.

• Defects resulting from neglect or an accident and/or from any use or maintenance other than that indicated in the user guide.

• If the serial number has been damaged or removed.

• Damage to the product caused by normal wear and tear.

• Incorrect mounting or installation of third-party parts that are incompatible with the product.

• Inadvertent or unintentional damage, abnormal use or insufficient care.

• Improper storage / product care.

• Holes or tears in the tires.

• Damage due to improper use or due to failure to follow user guide.

• Damage due to repairs carried out by unauthorized persons or due to improper disassembly of the product.

• Transport damage (during air transport or other modes of transport): carefully inspect your product after it was shipped by the airline (or other carrier) and in case of any damage immediately file a claim with the carrier.

• Customer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of fit, weight, functionality, colour or design. IMPORTANT The manufacturer’s warranty period for this product is 24 months from the purchase date indicated on the sales receipt. Save the sales receipt in a safe place and make a copy of it. If you submit a claim under this manufacturer’s warranty you must first contact your retailer. 9. Use the Bugaboo stand only on a firm ground which is horizontal, level

and dry. Never use on soft or elevated surfaces.

10. Do not let your child play with the Bugaboo stand.

11. Do not let other children play unattended near the Bugaboo stand.

12. Do not allow a child to jump on the Bugaboo stand.

13. When not using the Bugaboo stand, store it away from children.

14. The use of the Bugaboo organizer and Bugaboo parasol is not

recommended as these products could affect the stability of the Bugaboo stand.

15. The Bugaboo stand in combination with the seat (high chair) is suitable

for children from 6 to 36 months (17 kg/37.5 lbs).

16. Maximum weight for the under seat bag is 4 kg (8.8 lbs).

23. SUFFOCATION HAZARD Infants have suffocated:

- In gaps between an extra pad and the side of the bassinet. - On soft bedding. NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding. Use ONLY the mattress pad, mattress cover and sheet provided by Bugaboo.

24. To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be

placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.

25. Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string

around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a bassinet or attach strings to toys.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 26. Do not use the Bugaboo footmuff, Bugaboo performance winter

footmuff, Bugaboo blanket or Bugaboo rain cover while the bassinet is on the Bugaboo stand.
