How to charge the battery of the Worx WX025L.9 lamp?

Use only the recommended charger (WA3881) to charge the battery (WA3575). Insert the battery into the charger and plug it in. Refer to diagram A in the manual for details. Do not leave the battery on prolonged charge when not in use.

How to turn the lamp on and off?

Press the ON/OFF switch to turn the light on or off. Caution: do not direct the light beam into eyes.

Can I use the lamp in the rain?

No, do not use the lamp in the rain. It is not designed to be exposed to water. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the terminal in water or any other liquid.

What is the runtime of the lamp?

With a 2.0Ah battery, the runtime is 7.5 hours in high brightness (350 lumens) and 16.5 hours in low brightness (160 lumens).

How to clean the lamp?

Use a dry, clean cloth to clean the lamp. Never use water, solvents, or harsh chemicals. Do not allow any liquid to enter the lamp.

What to do if the battery does not charge?

Check that the charger is properly plugged in and the contacts are clean. If the battery is new or after long storage, it may need to be charged and discharged several times. Use only the charger specified by Worx.

Is it possible to replace the battery?

Yes, the battery is removable. Use only the recommended battery (WA3575) or other compatible Worx 20V batteries. To remove the battery, press the tabs and pull. Refer to diagrams B and C in the manual.

How to hang the lamp?

Use the built-in hook to hang the lamp. Do not hang the lamp on a power cord. The hook is intended only to lift the lamp and does not support additional weight.

Can the lamp be used with other batteries?

No, use only the batteries recommended by Worx (20V series). Any other battery could damage the lamp, cause explosion, fire, or injury.

What are the important safety precautions?

Do not look at the lit lamp to avoid eye injury. Do not touch the hot lens. Do not use the lamp near combustible materials. Keep out of reach of children. Remove the battery before any maintenance.

1. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when a product is used near children.

6. WARNING: The lens gets very hot during use. To reduce the risk of burns, do not touch hot lens.

10. Use only recommended battery pack and charging stand / transformer. Any attempt to use another

battery pack will cause damage to the portable hand-held light and could possible explode, cause a fire, or personal injury.

1. Remove battery pack from the product before performing any routine maintenance or cleaning.
2. Do not disassemble the product.
3. Do not place the product or battery pack near fire or heat. They may explode. Also, do not dispose of a worn out battery pack by incineration, even if it is severely damaged or completely worn out. The battery may explode in fire.
4. Keep light dry, clean, and free from oil and grease. Always use a clean cloth when cleaning. Never use brake fluid, gasoline, petroleum-base products or any strong solvent to clean the portable hand-held light.

c) Do not short-circuit a battery pack. Do not store battery packs haphazardly in a box or drawer where they may short-circuit each other or be short-circuited by other metal objects. When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or fire.
d) Do not subject battery pack to mechanical shock.
e) In the event of battery leaking, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.
f) Do not use any battery pack which is not designed for use with the equipment.
g) Keep battery pack out of the reach of children.
h) Always purchase the battery pack recommended by the device manufacturer for the equipment.
i) Keep battery pack clean and dry.
j) Wipe the battery pack terminals with a clean dry cloth if they become dirty.

OPERATION

Press the ON/OFF switch to turn the light on and off. ⚠ WARNING: Do not direct the light beam into eyes.	See Fig.D1

Utilize the hook to hang the light for illumination. ⚠ Warning! Do not hang the Work light on any electrical power cord! ⚠ WARNING! The hook is only used to lift the light and is not intended to bear any additional weight or support your weight in any situation	See Fig.D2

5. MAINTENANCE

Your tool requires no additional lubrication or maintenance. There are no user serviceable parts in your tool. Never use water or chemical cleaners to clean your tool. Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Always store your tool in a dry place.

6. CLEANING

Use a dry clean cloth wipe the light and make sure not to use water or immerse the light into water for cleaning.

WARNING: Never use solvents or other harsh chemicals to clean the light. Never let any liquid slide into the light.
