How to connect a computer to the projector?
Use a VGA cable (included) by connecting the COMPUTER IN port of the projector to the VGA output of the computer. You can also use an HDMI cable (not included) on one of the HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 ports. Make sure the projector is on and select the corresponding source via the INPUT button.
How to correct a distorted image (keystone)?
Press the KEYSTONE button on the remote control. Use the directional arrows to adjust the vertical/horizontal keystone correction, angle correction, or curved correction. You can also enable automatic correction by pressing AUTO.
How to replace the projector lamp?
Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord. Let it cool for 45 minutes. Remove the lamp cover by unscrewing the screws, disconnect the lamp connector, then remove the old lamp. Insert the new lamp in the correct orientation, reconnect the connector, replace the cover and screw it. Reset the lamp counter in the Settings menu.
How to clean the air filter?
Turn off the projector and unplug it. Remove the filter located on the side (identified on the bottom). Clean it with a vacuum cleaner or soapy water (let it dry completely). Put the filter back in place. After cleaning, reset the filter counter in the Settings menu > Filter Counter.
I forgot my security PIN code. What should I do?
The PIN code is set by the user. If forgotten, contact InFocus customer service or an authorized repair center. Always keep the PIN code in a safe place. By default, the PIN code is not activated; you can disable it in Settings > Security.
How to use the USB Display function?
Connect your computer to the USB-B port of the projector using a USB-A to USB-B cable (not included). Select the USB Display source in the INPUT menu. Your PC screen will then be projected. Note: some settings (freeze, aspect) are unavailable in this mode.
How to project photos from a USB flash drive?
Insert the USB flash drive into the USB-A port of the projector. Select the Memory Viewer source in the INPUT menu. Use the arrows to navigate among files. You can configure the slideshow in the Memory Viewer menu (sort order, rotation, transition effect).
How to control the projector via a network?
Connect the projector to your network via the LAN port (RJ45 cable). In the Settings menu > Network, configure the IP address (DHCP or manual). From a web browser, enter the projector's IP to access the control interface. You can also use Wake on LAN in Network standby mode.
How to adjust volume or mute?
Use the Volume +/– buttons on the remote control. To mute, press MUTE. You can also access the Settings menu > Audio to adjust volume or enable/disable mute.
What to do if the projector does not turn on?
Check that the power cord is properly connected and that the power outlet is live. If the POWER indicator stays red, press the POWER button. If the indicator blinks red, the projector is overheating: ensure the air inlets are not blocked and let it cool. Refer to the Troubleshooting section of the manual for other cases.
