Danger of injury and damage to the appliance!

• Only use the appliance for its intended purpose and as described in this manual, indoor use only.

• Before connecting this appliance to the mains, make sure your local voltage matches the technical data of the appliance. Otherwise the appliance may overheat and get damaged.

• Manufacturer takes no responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect use.

• Incorrect or improper use can damage the appliance and cause injuries to the user.

Do not cover the air outlets of the appliance.

• Attention: The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high during operation. Therefore, do not touch the appliance during and / or immediately after operation. Danger of serious burns! Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

• Do not use the appliance in areas where petrol, paint, explosive and/or flammable liquids are used or stored. Keep unit away from heated surfaces and open flames.

• Do not place the appliance directly underneath a power socket.

• Do not move the appliance during operation.

• Position the unit at least 1m away from highly combustible materials such as furniture, trees, leaves, dry grass and bushes.

• Make sure the appliance is not placed near drapes, curtains, or any objects that may be drawn (including hair and clothes) into the appliance.14

• Never place or operate the unit where it could be subject to: - Uneven surfaces, to avoid the tipping of the appliance during use. - Mechanical vibration or shock. - Directly above or below an electrical socket. - Excessive dust. - Direct sunlight. - Lack of ventilation.

• Always turn OFF and unplug the appliance when not in use and / or when moving it from one location to another. Caution! Danger of electric shock!

• Never put the appliance, cord or plug into water or any other liquid.

• Do not use the appliance near a sink, wash basin, hot tub, swimming pool and other similar locations where it could fall into water or get wet.

• Never leave the appliance unattended during use.

• The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.16 Product Description

- Rotate to adjust the heating temperature (MIN – MAX.)

• Remove all packaging material and check whether the appliance is complete and that all accessories are included.

• Fully unwind the power cord.

• Clean the appliance as described under Cleaning and Care. If any items are damaged or missing, contact your dealer or customer service.

Warning: Plastic bags are a danger to toddlers and babies, therefore keep them away to avoid

suffocation. Operation This appliance is only designed for indoor use. Make sure that it is not used over an extensive period of time.

1. Place the heater on an even, dry and stable surface and plug it into a proper power socket.

Make sure your local voltage matches the technical data of the appliance. Otherwise the appliance may overheat and get damaged. Adhere to a safety distance to walls and other objects.

2. Ensure the heater is set to 0 (OFF) before plugging it into a properly installed power socket.

3. Choose your desired function setting by turning the function switch to the respective symbol.

4. Choose your desired temperature setting by turning the thermostat switch into the respective direction.

5. After use, switch off (0-Position) the the appliance and unplug it.

The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high during operation. Therefore, do not touch the appliance during and/or immediately after operation. Never leave the appliance unattended during use. Thermal safety cut-out The appliance has a thermal safety device. In case of thermostat failure (overheating), the electrical circuit has an automatic cut-out, thus preventing overheating. If this should happen, disconnect the appliance from the mains.18 Adjust Tilt Angle Caution: The heater should always be switched off when making this adjustment! Use the adjustment knobs on either side of the heater to loosen the tilt nut. - Loosen the tilt nut (3) by turning the knob into anti-clockwise direction. - Adjust the heater head to the desired tilt angle by slightly moving it up or down. - To fix the tilt angle, turn the knob into clockwise direction. Do not tilt the fan head further than it is intended to go! Cleaning and Care Before cleaning, always switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains. Never immerse the appliance in water. Danger! Electric Shock! - Clean the appliance using a a soft damp cloth. - Never spray the appliance with liquids or submerge it in water or other liquid. After the cleaning process is finished make sure that all parts are dry. Never use alcohol, gasoline, andwie/or any other aggressive cleaning agents/hard objects. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
