DEVICE DESCRIPTION The MOD-38 vacuum cleaner combines the convenience of a cyclonic and cordless vacuum cleaner. Cyclone technology allows you to lter dust without using a dust bag by means of centrifugal force, which means you only need to empty the dust container over the dustbin. The lithium-ion rechargeable baery with one of the highest raos of stored energy to its weight makes the device lightweight and ensures a long operang me aer charging. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a two-stage sucon power adjustment.

1. Vacuum cleaner switch on the handle

2. Main handle assembly.

3. Main handle folding buon

4. Buon for releasing the vacuum

cleaner from the main handle

1. Remove the vacuum from the box; remove all sckers, transport protectors, bags and llers.

2. Check the vacuum for any damages that might have occurred during transport. If you have any

doubts, contact the seller.

3. Assemble the docking staon (stand) correctly – aach the

body (19) to the docking staon base (18) as shown (g.1). The docking staon can be removed by releasing the locking mecha

nism underneath the base (18). Install holders (22) in the guides (21) where you can park addional vacuum cleaner accessories.

4. Unfold the handle assembly (2) and lock in the extended po

sion (g.2). Folding of the handle is possible by pressing the buon (3).

5. Mount the vacuum cleaner (5) in the handle assembly (2) as

6. Install the electric brush (14) in the lower slot of the main handle. Pay aenon to the delicate pow-

er supply pins so as not to damage them. The main handle is equipped with a guide for mounng the electro-brush in one correct posion (g.4). Fig. 3 guides vacuum cleaner power supply pins brush Fig. 4g. 2

7. Charge the vacuum cleaner baery as described in the secon “CHARGING THE BATTERY”.

CAUTION! The vacuum cleaner, power brush and main handle are equipped with electrical con

nector pins. Do not damage or short-circuit them. BATTERY CHARGING CAUTION! Charge the baery before using the vacuum cleaner for the rst me. The me re- quired to charge the baery is approximately 3.0 – 3.5 hours. CAUTION! Only charge the baery with the supplied charger. While the baery is charging, the vacuum cleaner cannot be started.

1. Connect the charger cable (17) to the charger socket (20) on the docking staon (g.6).

2. Place the correctly assembled vacuum cleaner with the main handle and the electric brush on the

docking staon (g.7). Connect the charger to the power supply network. Fig. 6 Fig. 7 The status light (7) will ash to indicate that the baery is being charged.

3. A steady light (7) indicates that the baery has been recharged – disconnect the charger from the

mains when you plan to stop using the vacuum cleaner for a while.

6. Keep the dust container (12) level under regular control. An overlled container reduces vacuum-

ing eciency, increases energy consumpon and causes the lters to become dirty more quickly. To empty the dust container, switch o the vacuum cleaner by removing it from the main handle with the buon (8), free the dust container (12) from the vacuum cleaner, pull out the HEPA lter (10) and the lter body (11) from the container. 7. Once the container is empty, t the lter body and HEPA lter into the container and t the con

tainer into the vacuum cleaner – connue vacuuming. CAUTION! Do not allow the dust container to be overlled! The dust level in the container must not exceed the “MAX” level. CAUTION! If the vacuum cleaner’s sucon power has noceably decreased, the nozzle is clogged and/or the dust container is full. Clear the sucon nozzle and/or empty the dust container.

8. When you have nished vacuuming, switch o the vacuum cleaner, clean the dust container and

recharge the baery. A fully charged baery is able to provide up to 40 minutes of vacuuming at low sucon power. Discharging of the baery is indicated by the pulsang of the status light (7) and a signicant drop in sucon power.
