How to empty the dust container of the MXAS2060 vacuum cleaner?

To empty the dust container, unplug the vacuum cleaner, press the release button (L) and pull the container upward. Open the lid release clip, empty the contents, then remove the particulate filter to wash it. Let it dry before reassembling.

How to clean the post-motor HEPA filter?

The HEPA filter is located at the rear of the vacuum cleaner. Open the cover by pressing the tabs, remove the filter, wash it with plenty of water and let it dry completely in open air. Never use a hairdryer or radiator. Reinsert it by applying light pressure until it clicks.

What to do if the vacuum cleaner suddenly stops?

This may be due to motor overheating. Unplug the vacuum cleaner, check if the thermal protector has tripped. Clean the container, filters, and blocked accessories. Wait for the motor to cool down before restarting.

INTRODUCTION

Thank you deference has had to purchase this product. The MX-AS2060 vacuum cleaner is specially designed to help you make an effective and thorough cleaning.

This vacuum cleaner incorporates two systems which act in combination: action multicyclonic and HEPA filtration, which together with the suction power enable you to achieve excellent cleaning results while eliminating greatly harmful microorganisms and which particularly affect dust allergy sufferers or people with respiratory problems.

It has among others the following features:

• Aspiration system multicyclonic bagless action.
  • 3 levels of filtration HEPA filter engine post.
• Push buttons on / off and collects cable drivable foot.
• Thermal protector
• Transparent tank with a capacity of 2.5 liters.
• Cable length: 4.5 meters.

BEFORE CONNECTING THE VACUUM CLEANER

FILTER SYSTEM

The vacuum cleaner has been designed with a multi-filtration system. The multi-filtration system consisting of:

1- Main filter (multi-cyclone) consisting of several stages.
3- HEPA filter (post motor).

2- Particle filter: Air from the main filter (multi-cyclone) passes through a filter consisting of several layers of felt of different densities.

With this filter system in several phases and a total of 3 levels of filtering is achieved, bringing the total absorption of particles of all types are guaranteed, including the destruction by contact of bacteria and mites.

MULTICYCLONIC ACTION SYSTEM

It is a filtration method by which dust particles and air are separated inside the tank due to centrifugal force.

In the first step the coarser particles are separated by cyclonic action in the second stage the medium sized particles are retained by multiple cyclonic action in the third stage and the finer particles are removed by the particulate filter.

HEPA FILTER SYSTEM (POSTMOTOR)

The filtering system HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Arresting - detection of high efficiency particulate air) is specially designed to retain the highest level of microscopic particles, ensuring the capture 99.99% of harmful particles.

Thanks to the bactericidal display system incorporating the HEPA also trap and destroy also contact mites, bacteria, pollen and spores.

USING THE VACUUM CLEANER

Inserting the flexible hose

Take the hose through the F nozzle and insert it into the hole of the suction inlet, check that the nozzle is correctly fitted.

To remove the hose, press the button of the nozzle F and without releasing it pull it outwards.

Telescopic tube insertion

This vacuum cleaner as an accessory incorporates a telescoping extension tube D. If you need to use it, proceed as follows:

• Hold the hose by the handle A and insert the nozzle of the same in the wider end of the extension tube D until they are fully engaged.
• To adjust the length of the extension tube D, press the button extension without releasing remove the inner tube to the desired length.
• Stop pressing the button extension and the inner tube will be retained.

Choice of accessories

• You use the right accessory according to the type of cleaning you. be incurred. According to their needs or not use extension tube D.

Using the floor brush

Turn on the vacuum cleaner

Suction flow regulator

The suction flow regulator C is located in the handle of the flexible hose. Use the slider to reduce the flow of suction for cleaning upholstery, curtains, etc.

• Slide the regulator C forward or backward to adjust the degree of vacuum according to the type of cleaning to be done.
• The maximum degree of suction is obtained when the regulator is in the position C which completely covers the hole regulation.

Turn off the vacuum cleaner

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

For best results during the cleaning process will always be necessary that both the dustbin and all the filters are perfectly clean. Dustbin cleaning

• Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the mains, then hold the tank by the handle, press the tank removal button (L) and pull it upwards (Fig. 4).
• To empty the tank press the opening clip ( ☐ of the tank lid (Fig. 5) and it will open. Take care to place the container on top of the garbage can or a bag before opening the lid.
• Once the tank has been emptied, open the upper lid of the tank by slightly pulling the tab outwards (Fig. 6) and remove the particle filter (Fig. 7).

• Wash the particle filter with plenty of water, clean the inside of the tank with a slightly damp cloth. Never use abrasive products or products that contain solvents. Then dry the inside of the tank with a dry cloth. The particle filter must be left to dry on its own, do not use a hair dryer or heater as this will damage the filter.
• Once the tank and particle filter are clean and completely dry, place them as described below:

a. Close the lower lid of the reservoir, a "click" will indicate that it is properly closed.
b. Insert the particle filter into the passenger compartment located in the upper part of the tank so that the rubber ring of the particle filter fits correctly on the edge of the multi-cyclone filter, then press lightly with your fingers on the rubber ring to check that It is perfectly coupled. Finally, close the lid and a "click" will indicate that the lid is properly closed.
c. Attach the tank (fully assembled) to the main body of the vacuum cleaner, and then push the tank towards the vacuum cleaner, when you hear a "click" it will be the indication that the tank is correctly coupled to the main body of the vacuum cleaner.

Cleaning the HEPA filter (post motor)

The HEPA filter post motor is located in the rear of the vacuum cleaner. HEPA filter cleaning should be performed at least every 6 months for cleaning proceed as follows:

• Press down on the tabs to open the post cover HEPA filter engine and pull it out.
• Remove the HEPA filter and wash with water, then let it dry by itself. Do not dry with a hair dryer or heater.
• With the filter clean, dry place in its compartment and replace the cover into place, making a slight pressure on it, a "click" will indicate that it is properly attached.

Warning: Never connect the vacuum cleaner to the mains supply without being properly positioned in place all filters.

Cleaning and maintenance of the vacuum cleaner

• Check with some frequency the status of parts and accessories (filters, hose, nozzles, etc.), if necessary replace them with new ones.
• Clean the plastic surface with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners or containing solvents and do not immerse the cleaner in water or other liquid.

THERMAL PROTECTOR
