TO SET YOUR LANGUAGE DEVICE

- Select “MENU”; - Select the “IMPOSTAZ.” icon; - Select the number 2 function “CONFIGURAZIONE TELEFONO”; - Select “IMPOSTAZIONI LINGUA”; - Select “LINGUA DEL DISPLAY” and find their own language from those available.

• If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, please contact the telecommunications authorities or a sales agent immediately to have a hold on the phone and the SIM card. This will prevent economic loss caused by unauthorized calls made from your mobile phone.

• When you contact the telecommunications authorities or a sales agent, they will need to know the IMEI number of our mobile phone (remove battery to expose number located on the label on back of phone). Please copy this number and keep in a safe place for future use.

• In order to avoid the misuse of your mobile phone take the following preventative measures: - Set the PIN number of your mobile phone’s SIM card and change this number immediately if it becomes known to a third party. - Please keep the phone out of sight when leaving it in a vehicle. It is better to carry the phone with you, or lock it in the trunk. - Set call barring. Safety warnings and notices Before using your mobile phone, read and understand the following notices carefully to ensure you will use it safely and properly. General attention

• Only the battery and battery charger specified by our company should be used in your mobile phone. Other product might result in battery leakage, overheating, explosion or fire.

• To avoid your phone malfunctioning or catching fire, please do not violently impact, jolt or throw your phone.

• Please do not place the battery, phone or charger in a microwave oven or high-pressure equipment. Otherwise it could lead to unexpected accidents such as damage to circuit or fire hazard.

• Please do not use your phone near flammable or explosive gases, otherwise it could cause malfunction of your phone or fire hazard.

• Please do not subject your phone to high temperatures, high humidity or dusty places; otherwise this may lead to the malfunction of your phone.

• Keep your phone out of the reach of small children. Your phone is not a toy. Children could hurt themselves.

• To avoid your phone falling and malfunctioning or being damaged, please do not place it on uneven or unstable surfaces. ENGLISH24 Notices when using your phone

• Turn off your mobile phone where the phone is not allowed, such as on the airport or in hospitals. Using the mobile phone in those places may impact the normal operation of electronic devices and medical instruments. Follow relevant regulations when using your mobile phone in those places. Your mobile phone has the auto turn-on feature. Check your alarm clock settings to confirm that your mobile phone will not be turned on automatically during flight.

• Please do not use your mobile phone near the weak signal or high precision electronic devices. RF interference might cause malfunctioning of such electronic devices and other problems. Special tips must be paid near the following equipment: hearing aids, pace makers and other medical electronic devices, fire detectors, automatic doors and other automatic control installations. To find out the effect of mobile phones on a pacemaker or other pieces of electronic medical equipment please contact the manufactures or local sales agents of the equipment.

• Please do not subject the LCD to impact or use the screen to strike things, as this will damage the LCD board and cause leakage of the liquid crystal. There is a risk of blindness if the liquid crystal substance gets into the eyes. If this occurs rinse eyes immediately with clear water (under no circumstances rub your eyes) and go immediately to a hospital for treatment.

• Do not dissemble or modify your mobile phone, as it will lead to damage to the phone such as battery leakage or circuitry failure.

• Under very rare circumstances using the mobile phone in certain model cars may negatively affect the internal electronic equipment. In order to assure your safety under such circumstances please do not use the mobile phone.

• In the event of antenna malfunction, do not use your phone as it could be harmful to human body.

• Avoid letting the phone come into close contact with magnetic objects such as magnetic cards as the radiation waves of the mobile phone may erase the information stored on floppy disks, pay cards and credit cards.

• Please keep small metal objects, such as thumbtacks far away from the receiver. When the receiver is in use it becomes magnetic and may attract these small metal objects and thus these may cause injury or damage the mobile phone.

• Avoid having the mobile phone come into contact with water or other liquids. If liquids enter the phone, this could cause a short circuit, battery leakage or other malfunction.

• The battery has a limited service life. The remaining life gets shorter as the times of charging increase. If the battery becomes feeble even after the charging, this indicates the service life is over and you have to use a new specified battery.

• Do not dispose of old batteries with everything domestic garbage. Please dispose of old batteries at the directed places with specific rules for their disposal.

• Please do not throw batteries into a fire, as this will cause the battery to catch fire and explode.

• When installing the battery, do not use force or pressure, as this will cause the battery to leak, overheat, crack and catch fire.

• Please do not use wires, needles or other metal objects to short-circuit the battery. Also, do not put the battery near necklaces or other metal objects as this will cause the battery to leak, overheat, crack and catch fire.

• Please do not solder the contact points of the battery.

• If the liquid in the batteries goes into the eyes, there is a risk of blindness. It this occurs do not rub the eyes, but immediately rinse eyes with clear water and go to the hospital for treatment.

• If the battery overheats, changes color or becomes distorted during use, charging or storage, please stop using and replace it with a new battery.

• If the liquid from the battery comes in contact with skin or clothing this could cause burning of the skin. Immediately use clear water to rinse and seek medical tips if necessary.

• If the battery leaks or gives off a strange odor, please remove the battery from the vicinity of the open fire to avoid a fire or explosion.

• Please do not let the battery become wet as this will cause the battery to overheat, smoke and corrode.

• Please do not use or place batteries in places of high temperature such as in direct sunlight, as this will cause the battery to leak and overheat, lower performance and shorten the battery’s life.

• Please do not continuously charge for more than 24 hours. Cleaning and maintenance

• The mobile phone, battery and charger are not water resistant. Please do not use them in the bedroom or other excessively moist areas and likewise avoid allowing them to get wet in the rain.26

• Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mobile phone, battery and charger.

• Please do not use alcohol, thinner, benzene or other solvents to wipe the mobile phone.

• A dirty outlet will cause poor electrical contact, lose of power and even inability to recharge. Please clean regularly. SIM card and battery installation Installation - Carefully remove the rear cover by levering the side of the rear furniture that has the opening, as shown below; - Insert the SIM into the SLOT with the metal contacts facing down and taking care to respect the position of the cut corner of the SIM; - Insert the battery paying attention to the metal contacts; - Reposition the rear cover carefully, taking care not to damage the plastic anchors; - Before using the appliance for the first time, fully charge the battery, using the supplied USB cable and power supply. Note regard Micro-SIM adapter used on Trevi phones The slots for SIM cards are designed to accommodate only the consideration SIM format. The use of SIM (micro or nano) with its adapter and ‘not recommended as it can cause damage to the device and the micro/nano SIM itself.

• TREVI not liable for damages caused by the use of adapters for micro/nano-SIM.

• TREVI reserves the right to refuse free assistance in warranty on defective products that have ‘caused by the use of the SIM adapters for micro/nano-SIM.

• Do not insert memory card into the SIM card slot. ENGLISH Nano SIM card with adapter27 ENGLISH Micro SD card installation To store photos, videos, and music should insert a micro SD external memory.

• Carefully remove the back cover;

• Insert the micro SD card keeping the surface with the electrical contacts facing down (display side);

• Replace the back cover. Notes:

• Some card brands may not be compatible with the phone. The use an incompatible memory may be damaged or the card memory itself.

• The appliance only supports memory formatted in FAT. If you enter formatted cards differently the phone will ask you to reformat the memory card. Battery recharge CHARGING THROUGH POWER SUPPLY:

1. Turn off the device, connect the Micro USB plug of the supplied cable to the Micro

USB phone (to use the supplied cable only);

2. Connect the USB outlet on the same power supply cable and plug the latter to a standard

3. The device will switch on to show the battery icon with the charging phase for a few

seconds. To view, at any time, the level of charge just press any key on the phone;

4. When the battery is fully charged (the icon will no longer be moving), you can disconnect

the power supply from the mains socket and then disconnect the Micro USB plug from the phone. RECHARGING THROUGH “RECHARGING BASE” (SUPPLIED):

1. Connect the Micro USB socket of the cable supplied to the Micro USB socket of the28

base (19). Always use the supplied cable, other cables with Micro USB socket may not work with this device.

2. Connect the USB socket of the same cable to the supplied power supply and connect

the latter to a standard mains socket, the front LED of the base will be green.

3. Insert the switched off phone inside the base with the keyboard facing front, the device

will switch on to show the battery icon for a few seconds with the charging phase. To view the charge level at any time, just press any button on the phone.

4. When the battery is fully charged (the icon will no longer be moving) you can remove

the phone from the base and use it normally. Notes:

• Use only the Micro USB cable supplied, other Micro USB cables may not work with this unit.

• You can use the device even when it is charging, but, for a longer battery life, it is not recommended for use; moreover, using the appliance, the times of charging are lengthened.

• During charging the appliance may increase in temperature, this does not affect the performance and life of the appliance. Keys Functions ENGLISH

ENGLISH Basic Functions Powering On/Off

• Switch ON the phone: press and hold the ON/OFF button (8) for 3 seconds.

• Switch Off the phone: press and hold the ON/OFF button (8) for 2 seconds. Dialing Calls In the standby interface, press number keys to input the area code and the telephone number, and then press the Dial key to dial a call. To end the call, press the End key.

• Dialing an international call Press the ✳ key (5) twice can input “+”. Then input the country code, the area code and the telephone number. Finally, press the Dial key.

• Dialing a call to a number in the phonebook Enter the phonebook and use the up or down direction keys to find the telephone number you want to call. Press (4) button, the mobile phone automatically dials the chosen telephone number.

• Redialing the last number In the standby interface, press (4) button to show the dialed calls. Press the up or down direction keys to select a number you want to dial and then press the Dial key.

• Answering incoming calls Press (4) button or the Ok key to answer an incoming call. Press (8) button to end the current conversation. To reject an incoming call, press (8) button.

• Call divert Network Call Transfer service allows you to call a business case in a default transferred to a phone number you specify. The features include: Divert all voice calls. Divert if unreachable, Divert if no answer, Divert if busy, Divert all data calls.

• Call barring Into the “Call barring” sub-menu, you can set the following call barring any combination to improve security. Some network providers may not provide this service call restrictions, specific use, please contact your network provider. Network provider will provide a four password so that you can enable call restrictions. Change the password to enter the old call barring password, set new restrictions on the password. Main Features Contacts You can use the phonebook to store records, can store the following: name and phone number. In the phonebook list, select a contact to make a call when you press the dial keys. Select a record in the phonebook, you can do the following: - New: You can save a new contacts here. - Delete multiple: Delete several contacts at one time. - Delete all: Delete all numbers. - Delete Phone: Delete all numbers stored in the phone memory. - Copy: Copy the current contact from Phone or to Phone. - Others: You can set “Speed dial” numbers, Own number, service number and memory status. Call logs In this submenu, you can view all missed calls, dialed calls, received calls and Rejected calls. Is possible to delete all data and check call timers. Messaging Make sure that the information in writing before the message center number is set correctly. Access to an information menu, you can edit the message. Write message Edit text message. Inbox Messages which are received. Outbox Messages are not sent successfully. Drafts Draft messages. ENGLISH31 ENGLISH Sentbox Messages are sent successfully. Multimedia Camera You can take pictures anytime, anywhere, and to save the photos to your memory card.

• You can take videos anytime, anywhere and to save the videos to your memory card. Image Select an album sub-menu, you can easily view stored in the camera album picture list, and press the left selection key to enter to “Options” to choose the pictures to do the View, Delete, Mark, Rename, Slide play. Audio You can play local music in the memory card/phone memory. Video You can play video which stored in the memory card. Sound Recorder You can recorder sound or voice. FM Radio FM interface, press the middle button to turn on/off FM, press the left selection key “Options” can show FM options menu, the contents as follow: - Auto search and save: Auto search FM channels in the channel list. - Channel list: Shows FM channel list. - Manual search: Can be their own editors to manually enter the channel frequency, the effective value of 87,5 ~ 108,0MHz. - Background: You can open the background play of FM. - Record: You can record the current channel. - Scheduled record: You can preset the record time and frequency. My Files You can check all folders and files in the memory card. Tools Game You can play games here. Calendar Enter calendar the screen will show a calendar month with the current date marked. Press the up, down, left, and right navigation keys to change the date, calendar information on the screen will be updated accordingly. Press the left soft key “Options” option to add schedule.32 Alarm Select and edit an alarm clock: You can set the setting of alarm on/off, Time, Repeat and Alarm tone. You can choose to set to repeat: Once, Everyday, Custom. Calculator Your phone provides you with the basic arithmetic operations. Settings Into the phone settings sub-menu, you can make the following settings: Call settings In this menu, you can set Call divert, Call waiting, Call barring, Hide ID. Phone settings - Data & Time: In this menu, you can change the phone time and date settings. - Language settings: Phone supports many kinds of language for you to select. Set the current language type, then menu and interface refresh for the corresponding language. - Shortcut settings: In this submenu, you can sent the shortcut of navigation buttons. - Auto power on/off: You can set the power on/off time. - Power saving mode: You can set Start Power and all functions for saving power. - Set vibrate level: You can set the vibrate level. - Restore factory settings: In this menu, enter the password, once determined, the phone automatically reboot the phone after the relevant parameters can be set to return to default settings. The default password is 1234. Display - Wallpaper settings: Set wallpaper. - Idle display settings: Set what you want to show in the display. - Contrast: Set the contrast level. - Keypad backlight time: Set the keypad backlight time. - Auto keypad lock: Set the time for auto keypad. Bluetooth - Bluetooth: Turn on bluetooth or not. - Bluetooth visibility: You can set it on/off. - Paired device: You can search for nearby bluetooth devices and pair them. - Device name: Bluetooth device name which can be renamed. - Bluetooth file storage: To receive the file will be automatically transferred to the specified path, the path can be set as phone or memory card. Security Into the “Security” menu, you can set the phone’s security options, mobile phone or SIM ENGLISH33 ENGLISH card to avoid unauthorized use. Profiles Profiles including Normal, Silent, Meeting, Indoor, Outdoor, Earphone and Bluetooth. First, based on the current scene, select a different profile, then you only need a personal profile can be set and activated. Press the middle button to activate the selected profile. SOS - Emergency numbers set: In this menu, you can set 5 emergency numbers. - Family number set: In this menu, you can set 3 family numbers. - Help SMS content: In this menu you can write your SMS message for help. - Select SMS objects: You can select which number or group to send an SMS in an emergency. - Call waiting time: You can set the time waiting after SOS button pressed. FAQs Causes Solutions Poor reception When you use your phone at poor reception areas, like near high rise buildings or base rooms, the radio wave cannot be transmitted. Avoid this as far as you can. When you use your phone at network traffic congestion, such as working time and off-duty time, the congestion can result in poor reception. Avoid this as far as you can. This is related to the distance to base station in question. You may to provide service coverage map. Echoes or noises The trunk line of network is in bad condition. It is a regional problem.
