How to charge the Niceboy ION Sonic toothbrush?

Place the toothbrush vertically on the wireless charging dock. Connect the Micro USB cable to the dock and a power outlet. Red light indicates 0-10% charge, orange 10-100%, green when fully charged. Charging time is 8 to 10 hours.

What are the available brushing modes?

The brush has multiple modes. By default, the Sensitive mode is activated. To change mode, briefly press the switch button within 5 seconds after turning on. The selected mode is remembered if used for more than 5 seconds.

How to know when the battery is low?

When the battery is low, the charging light may blink or the brush may run shorter. Recharge as soon as possible. A steady red light indicates charge below 10%.

Can I use the toothbrush in the shower?

No, the toothbrush is IPX7 (waterproof for immersion), but the charging dock must not be exposed to water. Do not use the brush in the bath or shower to avoid electrical hazard.

How often should I replace the brush head?

It is recommended to replace the head every 60 days or sooner if bristles are worn. Replace it if bristles are frayed or bent.

What to do if the toothbrush does not work?

First check that the battery is charged (red light on the dock). Place the brush vertically on the dock. If it still does not charge, clean the charging port. If the problem persists, contact an authorized Niceboy service center.

The movement force is reduced, what to do?

Make sure not to press too hard on your teeth. Check that the gap between the head and body is correct. If needed, remove the head and reattach it leaving a slight gap.

The brush stops before the end of 2 minutes, why?

This may be due to a low battery. Recharge it fully. If the problem persists, the battery may be at the end of its life and must be replaced by a service center.

How to clean the toothbrush?

Rinse the brush head with water after each use. Do not put it in the dishwasher. Wipe the handle with a damp cloth. Store it in a dry place.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. For the first time use, please insert the toothbrush to the charging wirelles docking station. Charging process:

• 0%-10%, the charging indicator shows steady red
• 10-100%, the charging indicator shows steady orange
- Charging is complete, the charging indicator shows steady green Note:

- If the product has not been used for a long time, the charging indicator may not appear when charging the electric toothbrush. Please wait patiently for 3-5 minutes to resume normal charging.

1. Insert the new brush head as shown in the figure; If you need to remove it, just pull it out as shown in the figure.

1. Wet the bristles and squeeze an appropriate amount of toothpaste. Touch the bristles coated with toothpaste to the surface of the tooth in any area of the mouth.

2. Press the switch and swing your teeth up and down slightly to brush your teeth laterally from the outside and inside. The oral cavity is divided into 4 areas, and the recommended brushing time for each area is 30 seconds. When the 30-second cleaning of this area is completed, the electric toothbrush will pause shortly to remind you to clean the next area.

1. You can press the mode switching button cf the handle to switch the mode according to personal preference.

• 1: By default, the Sensitive mode is activated by default

1. When the scientific and healthy brushing time of 2 minutes is completed, the electric toothbrush will automatically stop.
