Attaching the Wall Bracket

PLEASE NOTE!
- Use the fastening material supplied to hang up the wall bracket. If you are unsure whether the fastening material supplied is suitable for your wall, seek advice from a specialist stockist.
-
Hang the wall bracket in a secure and solid place.
Before drilling, ensure that there are no pipes or cables behind the intended drilling point. -
Place the wall bracket (D) against the wall and mark out two drill holes (at the top and bottom).
- Drill holes into the wall and place dowels in them.
- Screw the wall bracket onto the wall.
Accessories
- The microfibre floor nozzle (I) is suitable for both carpets and hard floors. It has a rotating microfibre roller and is thus particularly suitable for delicate floor surfaces. The LEDs illuminate dark areas, to allow even more thorough cleaning.
- The brush nozzle (A) is used for vacuuming upholstery and textiles and for removing dust from delicate objects such as picture frames, lamp shades, keyboards, books etc. The brush head can be pivoted 360°.
- The crevice nozzle (B) is suitable for places which are hard to get to, such as corners, crevices or recesses, e.g. for upholstery and cleaning the inside of cars.
- The extension tube (H) makes it easier to reach the tops of cupboards, ceilings and corners and, along with the electric floor nozzle, allows floors to be cleaned.
- The holder for the brush and crevice nozzle (C) is suitable for securing the two nozzles to the extension tube easily to save space.
- The wall bracket (D) is suitable for storing the device in a space-saving manner. The mains cable of the mains adapter (E) can be tucked in on the small hook on the wall bracket.
Assembly
Attaching / Detaching the Microfi bre Floor Nozzle and Extension Tube
- The microfibre floor nozzle (I) and the extension tube (H) are plugged directly onto the suction opening (12). They must engage audibly. Attach the microfibre floor nozzle to the extension tube in the same way.

Cleaning and Storage

PLEASE NOTE!
- Do not immerse the HEPA filter in water or rinse it under running water to prevent damage to the filter. It is neither machine-washable, dishwasher-safe nor suitable for tumble drying.
The filter holder and the dust filter are not machine-washable, dishwasher-safe or suitable for tumble drying! Only ever dry them in the air, and never use a hair dryer to do so. - Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the housing. They may damage the surfaces.

The HEPA filter (6) may lose some of its colour over time. This is normal and does not have any adverse effect on function.
Emptying the Dust Container
- Remove the dust container (3) from the motor unit (F) (see the "Assembly" chapter – "Removing / Inserting the Dust Container").
- Hold the dust container over an open dustbin. The distance from the dustbin should be as small as possible so that the dust does not spread in the surrounding air.
- Pull the tab (2) on the dust container gently upwards. The lid of the dust container (1) will open and the dirt will fall out.
- To close it, press the lid onto the dust container. The tab must engage audibly.
Cleaning the Dust Container, HEPA Filter, Dust Filter and Filter Holder
- Pull out the HEPA filter (6) by the handle.
- Reach into the dust container (3) and pull out the dust filter (4) with the filter holder (5).
- Twist the dust filter anticlockwise and pull it out of the filter holder (Picture B1).
- Tap out all parts and clean them with a soft brush if necessary.
- The filter holder and dust filter can also be rinsed with clear water. NOTICE: Do not wet-clean the HEPA filter!
- Wipe out the dust container with a damp cloth if necessary. Let all parts dry completely in the air before you reassemble them. NOTICE: Never assemble wet or damp components or attach them to the motor unit (F)!
Assembly
- Insert the dust filter into the filter holder and twist it clockwise until it fits securely (Picture B2).
- Insert the filter holder with dust filter into the dust container so that the two recesses fit directly above one another (Picture C). The filter holder must fit correctly in the dust container, it must not stick out at the top.
- Place the HEPA filter on top of the dust filter.
- Insert the dust container back into the motor unit (see the "Assembly" chapter – "Removing / Inserting the Dust Container").
EN 22
Cleaning the Motor Unit, Extension Tube and Nozzles
- Wipe down the motor unit (F), extension tube (H) and nozzles with a damp, soft cloth if necessary. Then dry with a soft cloth.
• Regularly remove hair and fluff from the nozzles and brushes.
Cleaning the Microfi bre Floor Nozzle
To make it easier to clean, the roller can be taken out of the microfibre floor nozzle (I):
- Slide the latch fastener on the bottom of the microfibre floor nozzle towards the open lock symbol (Picture D1).
- Flip open the latch and remove.
- Take out the roller and remove any dirt.
- Re-insert the roller. When you do this, insert the end with the star-shaped recess first.
- The end with the hexagonal bulge must be inserted in such a way that the two corners are pointing upwards (Picture D2). Otherwise the latch cannot be placed on.
- Insert the latch and press it down. The latch fastener must engage audibly.
Storage
- Store the device in a cool, dry place which is protected from direct sunlight and is out of the reach of children and animals.
- For easy storage and to save space, the brush nozzle (A) and crevice nozzle (B) can be secured to the holder for the brush and crevice nozzle (C) on the extension tube (H) (Picture E).
- For easy storage, hang the device with the suction opening (12) downwards into the wall bracket (D) that is also supplied (Picture F).

If the device is not going to be used for a prolonged period, remove the battery (G) to be on the safe side: Flip up the small clip on the bottom of the battery and pull out the battery downwards (Picture G). To prevent a deep discharge of the battery, charge it up from time to time if it is not used for a prolonged period.
