Please read these instructions carefully before using the product in order to avoid damage or any dangerous situations arising. Any use of the product other than that indicated in this manual may cause fire, electrical danger, or injury and will make the warranty null and void.

The warranty does not cover any defect, deterioration, loss, injury, or damage that is due to incorrect use of the product. All legal rights in this regard are guaranteed. No warranty condition can exclude or change the warranty conditions regulated by State laws that may not be excluded or modified for any reason.

Before doing anything else, remove the packaging carefully and check the integrity of the product. Should any defects or damage be found, do not install or attempt to repair the equipment, but contact the dealer.

Do not leave the packaging within reach of children and dispose of the parts in compliance with current provisions.

1. The product

2. Safety instructions

☐ Make sure the power supply corresponds to the details shown on the nameplate: 230 V \~ 50Hz.
☐ This product has been designed as a mobile heater.
☐ Flammable objects (curtains, furniture, plants, etc.) should not be placed at less 3 meters from the appliance. The front of the appliance must be free of objects.
☐ The unit can operate in the outside, if always is covered.

☐ Do not use this heater near a bath, shower or a swimming pool.

☐ The heater should be situated only in areas where the air can circulate.

☐ Do not use the product in rooms filled with explosive gases or vapours generated by solvents and paints or that are inflammable.

☐ Make sure the surface is flat and firm to prevent movement or vibration that adversely affect the life of the lamps.

☐ The means of disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed installation, for disconnection from the power supply the switch must have a contact separation of at least 3 mm at all poles, so as to allow a complete disconnection in accordance with the conditions over Voltage category III.

□ Never leave your home with the product still running. If you do go out make sure that the switch is disconnected.

☐ The device has high surface temperatures, which must not be touched, even after it has been switched off.

□ Never cover the product, even after disconnecting.

☐ Do not allow animals or children to play with or touch the product.

Warning! When working the air outlet grille can get very hot.

☐ This product must not be used by people (including children) with limited physical, sensorial, or mental capacity or with inadequate experience or knowledge that are not supervised by a person that is responsible for their safety or until they have been adequately trained. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
☐ This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
□ Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazard involved.

CAUTION: Some parts of this product may be become hot and cause burns. Particular attention should be when children and vulnerable people are present.

☐ Do not clean the product while it is working and do not immerse it in water.
☐ Do not handle the heater with wet hands.
☐ Do not coil the power cable around or on top of the product while it is working.

  • Prevent the power cable from touching the body of the device during is working.
    ☐ If the cable gets damaged and has to be changed, do not do this yourself – take the equipment to an authorised repair centre because the work must be done by specialist personnel to avoid any risk of damage.
    ☐ Do not use the heater as a clothes or towel dryer.
    ☐ This heater is not equipped with a device of room temperature control. Do not use this heater in small rooms that are occupied by people who can not leave the room by themselves, unless ongoing monitoring is assured.

3. Mounting

Read the safety warnings before starting product mounting.
☐ We recommend a minimum of 2 people for mounting the base.
☐ Lay on a soft surface on the body. Using the allen wrench, assemble the base to the body using the 4 screws provided (Figure 2).

4. Use of equipment

☐ Connect the plug into the power point. Use the switch (Figure 1F), to connect and disconnect power to the device.
☐ The led (Figure 1G) indicates if the device is connected.
☐ With the remote control you can turn on and/or turn off each lamp at a distance. Point the remote control to the control panel (Figure 1C).
☐ Using the control panel switches (Figure 1H) it is also possible to turn the lamps on and off manually.

5. Maintenance

Before carrying out any maintenance work, make sure that the device has been disconnected from the mains and let the heater cool down for a few minutes.
☐ This product does not require special maintenance. It needs to be cleaned periodically to prevent accumulation of dust on the lamps, as this may cause overheating of the heater. Clean the lamp with a brush and the body of the product with a damp cloth.

☐ The replacement of the lamps must be performed by qualified personnel, so contact the Official Service network of S&P, to ensure adequate technical assistance.
☐ Do not immerse the device or spray with water.
☐ If the appliance is not to be used for any length of time, we recommend returning it to its original package and storing it in a dry, dust-free place.

6. Removal from service and recycling

7. Technical assistance

☐ If a fault is observed in the unit, please contact any of the mentioned technical service offices and they will attend to your problem.
☐ Any manipulation of the appliance by personnel not belonging to the Official S&P Services will result in your guarantee being void.
