INSTRUCTIONS DE SECURITE

This manual includes guidelines on the operation of your device and the precautions to follow for your own safety. Ensure it is read carefully before first use and keep it handy for future reference. This device should only be used for start-up and / or power supply within the limits indicated on the device and in the manual. The safety instructions must be followed. In case of improper or unsafe use, the manufacturer cannot be held responsible

Device suitable for indoor use only. Do not expose to rain or excessive moisture.

This device may be used by children from age 8 and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are under supervision or have been told how to use the device safely and are aware of the potential risks. Children must not use the device as a plaything. Cleaning and servicing tasks may not be carried out by children unless they are supervised.

Do not use for charging non-rechargeable batteries

Do not use any charger other than the one supplied with the machine to charge the batteries.

Do not use the device if the charging cable appears to be damaged or assembled incorrectly in order to avoid any risk of short circuiting the battery (NOMAD POWER charger).

Never charge a frozen or damaged battery.

Do not cover the device

Do not place the device near a fire or subject it to heat or to longterm temperatures exceeding 50^ .

Risk of explosion or acid projection if the clamps are short-circuited or if the 12V booster is connected to a 24V vehicle or vice versa.

The automatic mode of operation and usage restrictions are explained below in these operating instructions.

Risk of explosion and fire!

A battery being charged can emit explosive gas.

• Avoid flames and sparks. Do not smoke.
• Protect the electrical contacts of the battery against short-circuiting.

Acid projection hazard!

• Wear safety goggles and protective gloves
• If your eyes or skin come into contact with battery acid, rinse the affected part of the body with plenty of water and seek immediate medical assistance.

Connection / disconnection:

• Disconnect the power supply before connecting/disconnecting the device to/from the battery.

Class III device (NOMAD POWER).

Entretien :

• The power supply cable cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged, the device should not be used (NOMAD POWER charger).
  Service should be performed by a qualified person
• Warning! Always remove the power plug from the wall socket before carrying out any work on the device.
• Under no circumstances should solvents or other aggressive cleaning agents be used.
• Clean the device's surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.

The device complies with European Directive.
The certificate of compliance is available on our website.
EAC conformity mark (Eurasian Economic Commission)
- Equipment in compliance with British requirements. The British Declaration of Conformity is available on our website (see home page).
- Equipment in conformity with Moroccan standards.

Disposal:

• This product should be disposed of at an appropriate recycling facility. Do not dispose of in domestic waste.
• The battery must be removed from the device before the latter is discarded.
• The device must absolutely be disconnected from the power supply network before removing the battery.

LCD DISPLAY ② DESCRIPTION

4. The power display:

Press switch button 3 display «BATTERY», also shows the host power. XX%, indicates that the battery has a XX% of the electricity; 100%, indicates that full power; display «BATTERY LOW RECHARGE», indicates that NOMAD POWER power is low, please charge.

2. The products charge:

NOMAD POWER connected to home or car charger charge, «CHARGING» light turns on LCD, displays «CHARGING», and displays the current battery power.

3. LED lighting display:

Pressing NOMAD POWER LED light switch 4 can turn on and off different lighting modes, as follows: lighting modes: Show LIGHT; Strobe Mode: Displays FLASH; SOS mode: the SOS closed.

4.USB output display:

5 V - 2.1 A / 1 A USB output (11): When 5 V - 2.1 A / 1 A USB output port connected to the USB cable and press the power button.

The display shows: «USB1 USB2 ON», then it can be used to charge for give mobile phones, tablet computers and other digital products.

5. Output reverse show:

It shows that car battery are connected incorrectly when «WARNING CLAMPS REVERSES CHECKALL CONNECTIONS» appears in screen. At this time, the start is prohibited. And remove the jumper cable, connect again in correctly terminal (the red clamp is connected positive (+) and the black is connected negative (-) terminal). If the question is not lifted, please keep pressing power button 3 seconds to deal with question.

6. Output short-circuit show:

It shows that car battery are short circuit of output when «WARNING SHORT CIRCUIT CHECK ALL CONNECTIONS» appears in screen. At this time, the start is prohibited. And remove the jumper cable, and keep pressing power button 3 3 s to deal with question. If question not to be dealt with, please call professionals to check.

7.12 V/24Voutput display:

1. Press 12 V key (5), displays «12 V JUMP START READY»;
2. Press 24 V key (6) displays 24 V -JUMP --START READY>.

USING A JUMP START

Charging instructions

It is best to charge the Nomad Power at a temperature > 10°C. If the temperature is below 0°C, do not charge the Nomad Power. Place the Nomad Power in a temperate room for 1 hour before charging.
!	Before storing a NOMAD POWER for an indefinite period of time : - Do not charge it to 100%, but rather between 60 and 80%. - Every 6 months, perform a 100% charge to keep its performance intact.

1. Connect the USB cable with the home adaptor and then plug the home adaptor into the universal socket.
2. Connect the Micro connector to the NOMAD POWER host 9

Jump Start Vehicle Instruction

Do not start a Lithium LiFePO4 battery with this booster as it is equipped with a Lithium NMC battery whose voltage is not compatible.

Recharge the NOMAD POWER before first use and after each use.

1. Make sure the numbers LCD Display is not less than 40% .
2. Connect the RED clamp to the vehicle's battery positive (+) terminal and connect the BLACK clamp to the vehicle's battery negative (-) terminal.
3. When jump start 12 V car host displays «12V JUMP START READY», when jump start 24 V car, host displays «24V JUMP START READY»,
4. Start the vehicle.

Do NOT Jump Start more than 3 times in a row. It could damage the unit by overheating. Give two minutes between attempts.

The jumping cable may overheat. In this case a protection system cuts the tension at the clamps.

1. When the vehicle is started, remove the jumper cable from Jump Starter and disconnect RED and BLACK clamps from the vehicle battery. Leave the vehicle's engine running.

After jump start the car, don't charge this unit immediately.

Remove the product from the vehicle battery within 30 seconds of Jump Starting. If not, it could lead to damage.

USE IN FORCED START MODE

When the vehicle battery is too discharged, the NOMAD POWER cannot start. The NOMAD POWER PRO TRUCK is equipped with a function to force start.

Make sure that the clamps are correctly connected to the positive and negative poles of the vehicle battery. If they are not connected correctly, the booster will not supply the vehicle battery.

The forced start mode disables the booster protections. Check the connections before switching to this mode. DO NOT REVERSE THE POLARITY.

If the above operation still fails to start, check for other problems with the vehicle.

USING AS POWER SUPPLY

For Cell Phone or Tablet Instruction

1. Plug the USB cable to USB 5V output port (10).
2. Select appropriate connector and connect it to your mobile phones or tablet.
3. Press the switch button 3 to charge.

For power apply to 12 V vehicle products or 12 V electronics

1. When 12 V electronics/automotive products connected to the cigarette lighter port.
2. Press the switch button to power supply.

USING AS LED FLASH LIGHT

Press the switch 3 3 seconds to start the LED flash light (12).

There are 4 modes of LED light appear in order (normal. strobe. SOS. off) if you press slightly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Finding Cause Remedies
No response when pressing the switch button	Low voltage protection of Jump Starter is started.	Plug the adaptor into the Quick Charge input port to activate.
The output switches off automat- cally after 1 second.	The voltage is too low. The booster does not detect the battery.	Connect the clamps correctly and press 12 V / 24 V to start the booster.
	The clamps are not connected properly.

WARRANTY

The warranty covers faulty workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labour).

The warranty does not cover:

• Transit damage.
• Normal wear of parts (eg. cables, clamps, etc...).
• Damages due to misuse (power supply error, dropping of equipment, disassembling).
• Environment related failures (pollution, rust, dust).

In case of failure, return the unit to your distributor together with:

• The proof of purchase (receipt etc ...)
• A description of the fault reported
