How to turn on and pair the Harman Kardon Live Pro+ TWS earbuds?

Remove the earbuds from the case, they turn on automatically. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select 'Harman Kardon Live Pro+ TWS' from the device list.

How to activate active noise cancellation (ANC)?

Tap the left (or right, depending on configuration) earbud to switch between ANC modes, Ambient Aware and TalkThru. You can also do this via the JBL Headphones app.

What is the battery life?

Battery life is up to 10 hours with ANC off, 8 hours with ANC on, and 6 hours with Adaptive ANC. The case provides additional charges.

How to charge the earbuds?

Place the earbuds in the charging case. You can charge the case via USB-C cable or wireless charging (Qi charger).

Can I use only one earbud at a time?

Yes, the earbuds support mono mode: use one earbud for calls or listening. Stereo mode is also available.

How to reset the earbuds to factory settings?

Place the earbuds in the case, then press and hold both earbuds for 5 seconds until the indicators flash.

How to use voice assistants (Google Assistant, Alexa)?

Double-tap the right earbud to activate the configured voice assistant. Google Assistant is available on Android, Alexa requires the JBL Headphones app.

Are the earbuds water resistant?

The manual does not specify an IP rating, but they are designed for daily use. Avoid excessive exposure to water or sweat.

How to change the ear tips?

Gently pull off the used ear tip and snap on the new ear tip of the appropriate size for better fit and comfort.

What to do if the earbuds do not connect?

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the earbuds are charged. Try resetting the earbuds (see corresponding question) and forget the device from the Bluetooth list before reconnecting.
