What utensils should I use in this microwave?

You can test a utensil by placing it with a cup of water in the microwave for 1 minute: if it heats up, do not use it.

How to clean the inside of the microwave?

Unplug the appliance. Clean the cavity with a damp cloth after each use. For easier cleaning, place half a lemon in 300 ml of water and heat for 10 minutes at 100% power, then wipe. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scrapers. Clean the door seal carefully.

What to do if the door is damaged?

If the door or seals are damaged, do not use the oven. Have it repaired by a qualified person before use. A damaged door can cause dangerous microwave leakage.

Can I use metal containers?

No, metal containers and metal trim are not allowed in microwave function as they can cause arcing and damage the oven. Use only microwave-safe utensils. The grill can be used with the provided rack.

How to set the clock?

In standby, press the Timer/Clock key twice. Turn the knob to set hours (0-23), press again for minutes (0-59), then confirm by pressing the Clock key for 3 seconds. The clock is in 24h format.

How to activate child safety lock?

In standby, press the Stop/Cancel key for 3 seconds. A long beep sounds and a lock indicator lights up. To deactivate, press the same key again for 3 seconds.

What to do if the oven does not heat?

Check that the door is properly closed. Make sure the power cord is plugged in and the fuse/circuit breaker has not tripped. If the problem persists, contact a professional. Do not attempt to repair yourself.

Can I run the oven empty?

No, it is forbidden to operate the microwave oven without food or liquid inside. This can damage the magnetron and create a fire hazard.

How to defrost food?

Use the Defrost function. For weight defrost, press the Defrost key once, set the weight (100-2000 g) and start. For time defrost, press twice, set the time (max 95 min) and start. The power is fixed at 300 W (P30). Halfway through, turn the food over if the beep sounds.

How to use the grill?

Press the Grill key multiple times to select the mode: G (grill only), C1 (combi microwave 55% + grill 45%), C2 (microwave 34% + grill 66%). Confirm, set time (max 95 min) and start. Use the provided rack (do not use with microwave only).

This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.

This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

Consult a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded. If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a 3-wire extension cord.

CLEANING

Be sure to unplug the appliance from the power supply.

1. Clean the cavity of the oven after using with a slightly damp cloth.
2. Clean the accessories in the usual way in soapy water.

UTENSIL TEST:

1. Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of cold water (250ml) along with the utensil in question.
2. Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.
3. Carefully feel the utensil. If the empty utensil is warm, do not use it for microwave cooking.
4. Do not exceed 1 minute cooking time.

SETTING UP YOUR OVEN

Remove the oven and all materials from the carton and oven cavity. Your oven comes with the following accessories:

Turntable Installation

a. Never place the glass tray upside down. The glass tray should never be restricted.
b. Both glass tray and turntable ring assembly must always be used during cooking.
c. All food and containers of food are always placed on the glass tray for cooking.
d. If glass tray or turntable ring assembly cracks or breaks, contact your nearest authorized service center.

COUNTERTOP INSTALLATION

Remove all packing material and accessories.

Examine the oven for any damage such as dents or broken door. Do not install if oven is damaged.

Cabinet: Remove any protective film found on the microwave oven cabinet surface.

Do not remove the light brown Mica cover that is attached to the oven cavity to protect the magnetron.

INSTALLATION

1. Select a level surface that provide enough open space for the intake and/or outlet vents.

(1) The minimum installation height is 85cm .
(2) The rear surface of appliance shall be placed against a wall.

Leave a minimum clearance of 30cm above the oven, a minimum clearance of 20cm is required between the oven and any adjacent walls.

(3) Do not remove the legs from the bottom of the oven.
(4) Blocking the intake and/or outlet openings can damage the oven.
(5) Place the oven as far away from radios and TV as possible. Operation of microwave oven may cause interference to your radio or TV reception.
2. Plug your oven into a standard household outlet. Be sure the voltage and the frequency is the same as the voltage and the frequency on the rating label.

WARNING: Do not install oven over a range cooktop or other heat-producing appliance. If installed near or over a heat source, the oven could be damaged and the warranty would be void.

This microwave oven uses modern electronic controls to meet your cooking needs.

1. Clock Setting

When the microwave oven is Powered On, the oven will display "0:00" and the buzzer will ring once.

1) Press " twice. "00:00" display, the hour figures will flash.
2) Turn " " to adjust the hour figures, the input time should be within 0--23(24-hour).
3) Press " ⑥ , the minute figures will flash.
4) Turn " " to adjust the minute figures, the input time should be within 0--59.
5) Press " to finish clock setting.":" will flash.

Note:

1) If the clock is not set, it would not function when powered.
2) During the process of clock setting, if you don't press "L|3s") within 5 minutes, the oven will go back to the previous status automatically.

2. Kitchen Timer

1) Press "once, the screen will display 00:00.
2) Turn " to enter the correct timer. (The maximum cooking time is 95 minutes.)
3) Press "to confirm setting.

5. Defrost by Weight

1) Press " 水 ) " pad once, the oven will display "d-1".
2) Turn " " to select the weight of food. At the same time, "g" will light.

The weight should be within 100-2000g.

3) Press " key to start defrosting.

Note: the buzzer will sound to remind you to turn the food over during defrosting. If no operation, the oven will continue working.

6. Defrost by Time

1) Press " 水 ) " key twice, the oven will display "d-2".
2) Turn " to select the cooking time. The maximum setting time is 95 minutes.
3) Press " key to start defrosting.

The defrost power is P30, and it can not be changed.

Note: When half of the time has passed, the buzzer will sound to remind you to turn the food over. If no operation, the oven will continue working.

7. Multi Stage

Notes:

1) Two cooking stages can be set in multi-stage cooking.
2) If you set defrost function, it will work automatically in the first stage.
3) Kitchen timer, auto menu and auto clean cannot be set as one of the multi-stage.

Example: defrost food for 5 minutes and then cook with 80% microwave power for 7 minutes.

1) Press " 水 ) " twice and then the screen will display "d-2".
2) Turn " to set the desired defrost time of 5 minutes.
3) Press " and then "P100" will display.
4) Turn " " or press " " repeatedly to set the power level of P80.
5) Press " to confirm.
6) Turn " to set the desired defrost time of 7 minutes.
7) Press " start cooking.

8. Quick Start

1) In waiting state, Press " (_+305) to start 30 seconds cooking with 100% power, each added press will increase 30 seconds cooking time up to 95 minutes.
2) In waiting state, turn " " left to set cooking time for 95 minutes with 100 % microwave power, and then turn " " to set the cook time, Press " " to start cooking.

9. Smart Clean

In waiting state, press " " once, "AC" will display, Press " ① + 305 " to start cleaning (100% microwave clean for 5 minutes)

The Smart Clean program helps you to easily clean your appliance and remove unpleasant odors. You just need to place a bowl of water inside the microwave and select the Smart Clean function, the natural power of the steam will soften the food residues in a few minutes, preparing them to be eliminated.

Note: It is forbidden to hold the water with metal vessels.

10. Child Lock

Lock: In waiting state, press " seconds, there will be a long "beep" denoting entering into the children-lock state and locked indicator will light.

Unlock: In locked state, press "for seconds, there will be a long "beep" denoting that the lock is released, and locked indicator will disappear.

11. Time Function

1) During cooking state, press " | 3_s| " to check the current time. It will be displayed for 3 seconds.

12. Silent Mode

To activate the silent mode:

In waiting or clock state, press and hold "for 3 seconds.

"oFF" will display, when you press the keys, it does not make a sound.

To deactivate the silent mode:

In silent mode, press and hold "L|35" for 3 seconds. A beep will sound. "on" will display.

13. Auto Menu

1) In waiting state, turn " right to choose the function wanted, and "A1"~"A8" will display.
2) Press " confirm the menu you need.
3) Turn " to choose the submenu.
4) Press " to start cooking.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Normal
Microwave oven interfering TV reception	Radio and TV reception may be interfered when microwave oven operating. It is similar to the interference of small electrical appliances, like mixer, vacuum cleaner, and electric fan. It is normal.
Dim oven light	In low power microwave cooking, oven light may become dim. It is normal.
Steam accumulating on door, hot air out of vents	In cooking, steam may come out of food. Most will get out from vents. But some may accumulate on cool place like oven door. It is normal.
Oven started accidentally with no food in.	It is forbidden to run the unit without any food inside. It is very dangerous.
