How to pair the earbuds with my phone?

Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode (flashing white LED). Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and select Soundcore Life Dot 2. The LED becomes solid white for 1 second when connection is established.

What to do if the earbuds do not connect?

Make sure the earbuds are charged and turned on. If necessary, press and hold the multifunction button on both earbuds for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Check that your device's Bluetooth is enabled and that you are not connected to another device.

How to reset the earbuds?

Place the earbuds in the charging case and make sure they are charging. Press and hold the button on each earbud for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red 3 times. All data in memory is cleared.

What is the battery life?

The earbuds provide up to 8 hours of playback per charge. With the charging case, you get a total battery life of 100 hours. Full charging time is about 1.5 hours.

Are the earbuds water-resistant?

Yes, they are certified IPX5, which means they are resistant to water splashes and sweat. Do not immerse them in water.

How to use a single earbud in mono mode?

You can use a single earbud. Remove it from the case, it will connect automatically. Play/Pause, Answer/Hang up, and Siri activation commands are available. To switch to mono mode, place the other earbud in the case.

How to control volume?

Volume is controlled directly from the connected device (phone, computer). The earbuds do not have built-in volume control.

What to do if one earbud does not turn on?

Check that the earbud is correctly placed in the charging case and that the case is charged. Try resetting it by pressing and holding the button for 8 seconds. If the problem persists, contact Soundcore support.

How to charge the charging case?

Use the provided USB-C cable. Plug it into a power adapter (5V/2.5A recommended) or a computer USB port. The case LED indicates charging status: red flashing for low battery, solid white while charging, off when fully charged.

How to change the ear tips?

Carefully remove the existing ear tip by pulling it. Choose the ear tip and ear fin size that best fits your ears. Snap the new ear tip onto the earbud until it is securely attached.

• Open or close the charging case to activate the LED battery indicator.
• Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before the first use.
• To prevent damage, use the provided USB-C cable.
• Fully dry off the earbuds and the USB port before charging.

Powering On/Off

The earbuds will automatically power on when taken out of the charging case and power off when placed back into the charging case.

• To manually power on, press and hold the multi-function button on both earbuds for 1 second until the LED indicator turns white for 1 second.
• To manually power off, press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for 8 seconds until the LED indicator turns red for 1 second.

The right earbud will automatically connect with the left earbud when taken out of the charging case.

• The right earbud is the primary earbud by default. In TWS mode, place either one of the earbuds into the charging case, the other one will switch to be the primary earbud.

• When powered on and connected, if either one of the earbuds is out of battery and powered off, you can keep using the other one.

Bluetooth Pairing with your Device

1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case or manually power on the earbuds, the earbuds enter the Bluetooth pairing mode successfully when the LED indicator on either earbud flashes white.

2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and click "Soundcore Life Dot 2". The LED indicator on either earbud will turn white for 1 second when Bluetooth connected.

• When earbuds are out of the charging case and powered off, to manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, press and hold the multi-function button on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Each time you power on your Soundcore earphones, it will automatically connect to your last successfully connected device if available within the Bluetooth range.

Wearing

1. Choose the EarTips and EarWings that fit your ears best.
2. Insert the earbuds into the inner canal of your ears.
3. Turn and find the most comfortable position.
