o Never stick your finger, pen or other implements through the fan's guard (even if the appliance is turned off). o In order to guard against any damages to the fan, do not spray any liquids on the appliance. o Unplug the appliance before moving it or cleaning it. o Do not turn the fan blades when the appliance is turned off. o Only place the appliance on an even surface. o If a child is playing around the equipment, it must be ensured that the equipment is in normal use un- der parental supervision. o When bad weather, please stop using the spray fan and move it to a safe environment. In case of water or electrical leakage, the spray fan may cause a fire or other serious accident. o Do not hang anything on the spray fan which would cause damage to your property. o Do not immerse the product in water, or place it in rain, hail, snow, or other harsh environments. If the wire is damaged, do not continue to use. o This appliance complies with the relevant safety regulations for electrical appliances. • INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE o Please always keep original package, so after your seasonal use, you can re-pack them for storage. o Before using the fan make sure that it stands on a flat and stable surface. o Make sure the pump inlet is opened. o Fill clean water into the tank, the minimum water level must cover the water pump. o Don’t operate the mist fan below the minimum water level. o Adjust misting volume to the lowest position, switch on at low speed and ensure the fan is operating properly. o Adjust misting volume and speed as needed, ensure the return water may return to tank.

• MAINTENANCE o Always remove the plug from the socket-outlet and allow the fan to stop turning be- fore cleaning the fan. o Clean the external surfaces of the fan with a soft damp cloth (avoid wet cloths). o Clean the water tank regularly with an antimicrobial agent. o WARNING: Do not immerse the fan in water. Do not use any cleaning chemicals such as detergents and abrasives. o When the unit is not in use, make sure that it is unplugged from the wall socket. • DISPOSAL o For proper disposal, please return device to a retailer, a service agent or Rotel AG. o European Directive 2012/19/EC concerning Waste Electrical and Electronic Equip- ment (WEEE) states that household appliances should not be disposed of using the normal solid urban waste cycle.
