- Read all instrucons before using.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instrucon concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
○ Make sure that the mains voltage is the same as the voltage specied on the appliance's rang label.
- Never immerse the rechaud or the cable in water.
○ If the appliance is not working properly, get it checked by a specialist. A faulty cable must only be replaced by a qualified specialist.
○ Aer use, set the thermostat knob (6) to "MIN" and pull out the plug.
- Be careful when carrying the fondue pan when it contains hot liquids.
○ Cauon: The heang plate and pan become very hot when in use. Always use the set with the necessary cauon.
○ Do not use the appliance outdoors.
- If you are using hot oil for cooking, make sure that the food is not wet or frozen.
○ Do not heat up the pan when there isn't any liquid in it.
- The pan may only be heated up on the original rechaud. No other pots and pans may be used on this rechaud. Otherwise this could damage the coang on both parts.
- Careful when using the forks. The ends are very sharp.
○ Coil the extension cable around the table leg to avoid it geng snagged unintenonally.

○ This Fondue Set is ideally suited for Fondue Chinoise (with bouillon) or Fondue Bourguignonne (with oil).
- BEFORE USING THE FONDUE SET FOR THE FIRST TIME
o Carefully take all of the parts out of the packaging.
○ Wash the fondue pan, the forks and the holder for the forks with a so cloth and a lile bit of soapy water. Never use sharp or abrasive cleaning products.
○ Only wipe the rechaud with a damp cloth.
- Allow all the parts to dry completely.
• HOW TO USE YOUR FONDUE SET
○ Place the rechaud (1) on a table or another even surface.
Before plugging it in, make sure that the thermostat knob (6) is not turned on (on MIN seng completely to the le).
Fill the pan (2) with the ingredients you want and place it on the rechaud. (Only use the original rechaud supplied to heat up liquids in the pan).
○ Make sure when you are making Fondue Bourgignon that you only fill the oil up to the MAX level marked on the pan.
- Now turn the rechaud on by turning the thermostat knob (6) to the temperature you want.
The indicator light (5) will turn on. When the light goes out, this means that the set temperature has been reached. Please note that the indicator light will switch on and o during the cooking process. This means that the temperature is always maintained at a constant.
When the liquid has reached the set temperature, you can put the fork holder (3) on the pan and start the fondue.
NOTE:
o CAUTION: The rechaud, the pan and the fork holder become very hot during use.
☐ The minimum temperature is approx. 100^ C, the maximum temperature is approx. 200^ C.
- Fondues with hot oil: Take extra care to make sure the food is not wet or frozen; this can make the oil froth up.
- Do not throw the food into the hot liquid. Always use the forks, if possible.
○ Make sure that you move the forks slowly and carefully in the oil, so that you do not scratch of the protecve coang of the pan.
- As soon as there is no more liquid in the pan, turn the rechaud o and remove the pan.
- AFTER USE
- As soon as you have nished using the fondue, pull out the plug and remove the pan from the rechaud.
- Let everything cool down and dispose of the leover liquids in an environmentally friendly way.
- Clean the pan, the fork holder and the forks with a so cloth and some soapy water. Never use sharp or abrasive cleaning products.
○ Only wipe the rechaud with a damp cloth. Never immerse in water.
- Store the set somewhere dry and protected.
- DISPOSAL
- For proper disposal, the unit is to return to the dealer, the service agent or the company Rotel AG.

We commit ourselves to repairing this device for free provided it has been handled properly and a failure has occurred within the period of warranty. We repair all defects caused by material or manufacturing faults. The warranty will be performed by repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion. A warranty does not cover damage due to parts worn-o and damage and defects that occur due to improper usage, treatment or maintenance (particularly calcicaon and commercial use). A warranty will only be granted if the warranty card showing the date of purchase, dealer's stamp and signature or the purchase receipt together with the device is sent to the relevant service staon (see address below). Returns are to be made in the original package. Transport costs will be borne by the purchaser. Please do not forget to state your address and, should the error not be obvious, include an explanaon together with your parcel.
