SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years old.
- Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
- Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the appliance.
- After unwrapping the appliance, check for possible faults or damages.
- The appliance is intended for indoor use or for use in weatherproof areas only. Do not use it for purposes it is not intended for.
- Ensure that no water and/or other liquids get inside the appliance.
- Remove the batteries if you do not use the appliance for an extended period of time.
- In case any operating elements are damaged, do not try to repair it on your own. In such a case, a professional should carry out the repair.
- Do not store in damp areas or in high-temperature areas.
- The device is not suitable for milling fine-grained kitchen salt or rock salt.
- The appliance is suitable for milling pepper grains and sea salt crystals only.
- The appliance is not suitable for milling condiments/products other than those specified in this manual.

Gravity sensor: The appliance is activated when the grinding part is directed downwards. Whether the appliance is switched on or off depends on the position of the grinding part in relation to the Earth's gravity field.

INSTALLING THE BATTERIES
- Hold the appliance in a vertical position.
- Detach the housing from the pepper compartment by rotating the pepper compartment in an anticlockwise direction. (fig. 1)
- Place 6 × 1.5V AA batteries (not included) in the battery compartment. Pay attention to the polarity +/- markings. (fig. 2)
- Insert the battery compartment back into the housing, and lock them tightly.
OPERATION
- Place the appliance in a vertical direction. Open the pepper compartment lid. (fig.3)
- Fill some pepper or sea salt, up to 2/3 of the compartment's height, into the pepper compartment and re-assemble the unit. (fig.4)
- Turn the adjustment wheel to get the desired milling of pepper or salt: Clockwise for a finer milling; Anti-clockwise for coarser milling. (fig.5)
ATTENTION: Do not touch the adjustment wheel while the appliance is operation.
- Tilt the appliance at a 90° angle or more over your food to grind pepper automatically. (fig.6) Caution: Do not mill condiments directly above steaming meals.






CLEANING
- Before cleaning, make sure the batteries are removed from the appliance.
- Do not immerse the mill in liquid or put it in a dishwasher. Do not use with wet hands.
- Use only a soft dry cloth to clean, do not use cleaning products or detergent.
- In case the ceramic grinding part is jammed, twist the adjustment wheel in anti-clockwise direction to the larger grain size. The adjustment wheel and ceramic part A (as show in the picture) can also be taken off if needed. Reassemble correctly after cleaning.

STORAGE:
Store the appliance in an upright position. Batteries shall be removed if the appliance is not in use or idle for an extended period of time.

Before delivery our devices are subjected to rigorous quality control. If, despite all care, damage has occurred during production or transportation, please return the device to your dealer. In addition to statutory legal rights, the purchaser has an option to claim under the terms of the following guarantee:
For the purchased device we provide 2 years guarantee, commencing from the day of sale. If you have a defective product, you can directly go back to the point of purchase.
Defects which arise due to improper handling of the device and malfunctions due to interventions and repairs by third parties or the fitting of non-original parts are not covered by this guarantee. Always keep your receipt, without the receipt you can't claim any form of warranty. Damage caused by not following the instruction manual, will lead to a void of warranty, if this results in consequential damages then we will not be liable.
Neither can we hold responsible for material damage or personal injury caused by improper use or if the instruction manual are not properly executed. Damage to accessories does not mean free replacement of the whole appliance. In such case please contact our service department. Broken glass or breakage of plastic parts is always subject to a charge. Defects to consumables or parts subjected to wearing, as well as cleaning, maintenance or the replacement of said parts are not covered by the warranty and are to be paid.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
HOW TO INSERT BATTERIES:
1. Keep the device in a vertical position. 2. Remove the cover from the battery compartment by turning it counterclockwise (fig. 1). 3. Insert 6 x 1.5 V AA batteries into the battery compartment (batteries are not included). Pay attention to the polarity markings (fig. 2). 4. Insert the battery compartment back into the device and lock it firmly.
CONTROL:
- Place the device in a vertical position. Open the cover of the pepper compartment (fig. 3).
- Fill the compartment with sea salt (about 2/3 of the height) and close it (fig. 4).
- Turn the regulator to select the desired grinding level: clockwise for finer grinding; counterclockwise for coarser grinding (fig. 5). CAUTION: Do not touch the regulator while the device is in operation.
- Tilt the device at an angle of 90° or more for automatic grinding (fig. 6). Note: Do not grind directly over the food being prepared.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Before cleaning, make sure the device is turned off. 2. Do not immerse the device in liquid and do not wash it in a dishwasher. Do not operate the device with wet hands. 3. For cleaning the device, use a soft dry cloth, do not use abrasive agents. 4. If you need to change the setting, turn the regulator counterclockwise as shown in the figure. The regulator and the ceramic part A (as shown in the figure) can also be removed if necessary. Assemble the device correctly after cleaning.

STORAGE:
Store the device in a vertical position. If the device is not used for a long time, remove the batteries from it.
WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE:
Before being sold, our devices undergo strict quality control. If, despite all precautions, you have purchased a damaged device, please return it to the seller. In accordance with the warranty conditions for the purchased device, warranty service is provided for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you purchased a device with a defect, you can return it immediately at the place of purchase.
Defects arising from improper use of the device, as well as malfunctions resulting from repair of the device by uncertified centers or unauthorized persons, as well as from the installation of non-original parts, are not covered by this warranty.
Always keep the receipt and warranty card. Without them, you cannot claim any form of warranty.
Damage caused by non-compliance with this instruction leads to the warranty on the device being voided. The manufacturer is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result.
The manufacturer also is not responsible for material damage or injuries caused
by improper use of the device due to lack of attention to this instruction. Breakage or damage to accessories does not mean free replacement of the entire device. In such a case, please contact the service center. Replacement of broken glass or damaged plastic parts is always done for a fee. Breakage of consumable materials or parts damaged by force, as well as the casing, technical maintenance or replacement of the mentioned parts are not covered by the warranty and are paid separately.
