How to clean the monitor screen?

Turn off the monitor and unplug the power cord. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with clean water. Never spray liquid directly onto the screen and do not use products containing ammonia or alcohol.

What cables are included with the monitor?

Depending on the model, the monitor comes with an HDMI or DisplayPort cable, as well as a power cable. Check the package contents.

How to adjust the monitor height?

The monitor is equipped with a height-adjustable stand from 0 to 115 mm. Simply grip the screen by the sides and apply vertical pressure to adjust the height.

How to enable HDR mode?

Press the Menu button to open the OSD, navigate to the 'HDR' option and select 'On'. Make sure your source is sending a compatible HDR signal.

What does the orange LED light mean?

The orange LED indicates that the monitor is in standby or power-saving mode. During normal operation, it is blue.

Can I mount the monitor on the wall?

Yes, the monitor is compatible with a VESA mount (not included). Remove the stand and attach the wall mount according to the manufacturer's instructions.

How to change the input source?

Press the 'Input' button located at the back of the monitor. A window appears; use the navigation buttons to select the desired source (HDMI or DP).

Why is the image not at 144 Hz?

Make sure the cable used supports the necessary bandwidth (HDMI 1.4+ or DP 1.2+). In your computer's display settings, select the resolution 1920x1080 and refresh rate 144 Hz.

How to reduce blue light?

In the OSD menu, go to the 'Blue light' section and adjust the level (0-100). A higher setting reduces the blue light emitted.

What to do if the screen stays black?

Check that the power cable is plugged in and the power button is on. Make sure the video cable is properly connected to the computer. Test with another source or cable.

Important safety instructions

Please read the following instructions carefully.

1. To clean the LCD monitor screen: Be sure that your monitor is electrically rated to operate with the AC power available in your location.

2. Turn off the LCD monitor and unplug the power cord.
   Spray a non-solvent cleaning solution onto a rag and clean the screen gently.
   NEVER SPRAY OR POUR ANY LIQUID DIRECTLY ONTO THE SCREEN OR CASE.

3. PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY AMMONIA OR ALCOHOL-BASED CLEANERS ON THE LCD DISPLAY SCREEN OR CASE.

4. Acer will not be liable for damage resulting from use of any ammonia or alcohol-based cleaners.

5. Do not place the LCD monitor near a window. Exposing the monitor to rain, moisture or sunlight can severely damage it.

6. Do not apply pressure to the LCD screen. Excessive pressure may cause permanent damage to the display.
7. Do not remove the cover or attempt to service this unit yourself. An authorized technician should perform servicing of any nature.

8. Store the LCD monitor in a room with a temperature of -20^ to 60^ C (-4^ to 140^ F). Storing the LCD monitor outside this range may result in permanent damage.

9. Immediately unplug your monitor and call an authorized technician if any of the following circumstances occur:

Attaching the monitor to the base

1. Remove the monitor from the packaging.
2. Attach the foot stand to the base. (for selected models)
3. Turn clockwise to lock. Ensure that the base is locked onto the stand. (for selected models)
4. Secure the base to the stand by turning the screw using the integrated tab or a suitable coin. (for selected models)

Connecting Your Monitor to a Computer

1. Turn off your monitor and unplug your computer's power cord.
2. 2-1 Connect HDMI Cable (Only HDMI-input model)

a. Make sure both the monitor and computer are powered-OFF.
b. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the back of the monitor and connect the other end to the computer's port.

2-2 Connect DP Cable (Only DP-input model) (Optional)

a. Make sure both the monitor and computer are powered-OFF.
b. Connect the DP cable to the computer.

2. Plug the power cords of your computer and your monitor into a nearby electrical outlet.
