  • Give the mixed dough at least 30 minutes of resting time before shaping it into balls. Keep dough covered while it rests.
  • To keep cooked flatbread moist and warm, wrap in a slightly damp cotton towel. You can also use a tortilla holder.
  • Any remaining Flatbread or Tortillas can be stored in your refrigerator. Stack the tortillas/flatbread with a small piece of wax paper dividing layers. Seal the stack in a plastic bag and store. Tortillas/Flatbread can be reheated using your appliance by allowing them to come to room temperature first and cooking on the Bottom Cooking plate only.
  • You can also place Tortillas/ Flatbread in your microwave for 30 seconds and serve! RECIPIES: Quick Ideas: − Roti/Tortillas are a great compliment to dishes like Curry, Soup, Masala, etc. − Adding sauces, meats, and veggies makes great wraps and rolls. − Fill your homemade tortillas with your favorite shredded cheese and steamed veggies for an easy quesadilla. − Flatbreads can be made into quick pizzas just add a bit of sauce and cheese.
