How to assemble the Aqua Joe AJ-OSPR20 oscillating sprinkler?

Connect the sprinkler head into the base by turning it clockwise until it is tight (Fig. 1 of the manual).

How to adjust the watering width?

Use the two watering width adjusters on the sides to choose from 4 different configurations, from wide to narrow (Fig. 2 and 3).

How to adjust the spray range?

Turn the spray range adjusters (one on each side) to adjust the spray length to the right and left (Fig. 4 and 5).

How to control the water flow?

Turn the flow control knob on the sprinkler to increase or decrease the flow (Fig. 6 and 7).

Can the sprinkler be oriented 360°?

Yes, turn the adjustable collar clockwise or counterclockwise to orient the covered area 360° (Fig. 8 and 9).

How to connect the garden hose?

Attach your hose to the hose connector. Make sure a rubber washer is inside to prevent leaks (Fig. 10).

What is the maximum watering area?

The maximum watering area is 394.8 m², with adjustable width from 9 m to 18 m and spray range up to 11 m.

How to maintain the sprinkler in winter?

Completely drain the water from the sprinkler and hose before the temperature drops below 0°C to prevent freeze damage (Fig. 11).

What is the warranty of the Aqua Joe AJ-OSPR20?

Snow Joe offers a limited 2-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship for normal residential use, from the date of purchase.

Assembly

Connect the sprinkler head to the base by rotating it clockwise until tight (Fig. 1).

Operation

Width Control

Use the spray width adjusters to select desired position and take advantage of the sprinkler's adjustable range control (Fig.2). Refer to (Fig. 3) to see the different sprinkler options.

Range Control

Use the spray range adjusters to adjust the length of the spray. There is one on each side of the sprinkler to adjust the range of travel to each side (Figs 4 & 5).

Flow Control

Turn the water flow control to increase or decrease water flow through the sprinkler (Figs. 6 & 7).

360° Adjustability

Rotate 360° adjustable neck clockwise or counterclockwise as desired to adjust spray coverage area (Figs. 8 & 9).

To Use

Attach your garden hose to the hose-end. There should be a rubber washer inside the hose-end (Fig. 10).

Watering Tips

Water only when necessary, preferably in the morning to minimize water loss through evaporation. To promote deep root growth, water deeply but as infrequently as possible. Watch water application to avoid water run-off.

NOTE: Since water expands when it freezes, completely drain water from sprinklers and hoses to avoid damage if temperature falls below 32^ F ( 0^ C).

Storage

Drain the oscillating sprinkler after use. DO NOT allow water to freeze in the sprinkler (Fig. 11).

We think it’s important that you know what you can expect from us. That’s why we have a Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) for our Products.

OUR WARRANTY:

Snow Joe warrants new, genuine, powered and non-powered Products to be free from defects in material or workmanship when used for ordinary household use for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original, end-user purchaser when purchased from Snow Joe or from one of Snow Joe's authorized sellers with proof of purchase. Because Snow Joe is unable to control the quality of its Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this Warranty does not cover Products purchased from unauthorized sellers. If your Product does not work or there's an issue with a specific part that is covered by the terms of this Warranty, Snow Joe will elect to either (1) send you a free replacement part, (2) replace the Product with a new or comparable product at no charge, or (3) repair the Product. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

This Warranty is extended by Snow Joe to the original purchaser and original owner of the Product.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This Warranty does not apply if the Product has been used commercially or for non-household or rental applications. This Warranty also does not apply if the Product was purchased from an unauthorized seller. This Warranty also does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance. Wearing parts like belts, augers, chains and tines are not covered under this Warranty, and can be purchased at snowjoe.com or by calling 1-866-SNOWJOE (1-866-766-9563).
