SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Keep the packaging and the operating instructions after assembly.
• Check the screws at regular intervals.
• Place the training device in a spacious place.
• Place the device on level ground. Use a mat to protect the unit.
• Consult a doctor before using exercise equipment.
• There is a non-slip washer on the nut. Please tighten with a spanner.
• The training device is intended for home use only and not for business purposes.
• Tighten the screws well. Otherwise, use of the training device can be dangerous.
• Do not modify the unit in any way. It is dangerous to modify or repair the unit.
• Store the unit in a place away from moisture or salt, high temperatures or sunlight.
• Maintenance and cleaning: Remove dirt with a cleaning agent. Use a dry cloth and clean water. Do not use gas, solvents or other chemicals.
• Do not put your hand in moving parts of the trainer while exercising.

ASSEMBLY

1 Insert the pin (11) into the hole in the seat support (2). Screw the seat support (2) onto the main support (1). To do this, use the screws with the supplied spanner (9).

2 Loosen the hand screw of the leg rest (12) and lift the leg rest. Fold up the telescopic extension and tighten the hand screw again. Insert the leg rest into the tube of the main support (1). Choose a length that suits you. Then tighten the hand screw again.

3 Place the round head cushions (5) on the upper bars of the seat support (2).

Secure the head pads with the plastic clips A and B (6, 7).

4 Put the pads (4) over the bars of the leg rest (12). Insert the handles (8) into the foam pads of the leg rest.

5 Place the head massager (13) in the leg rest (2)

6 Fit the springs (4 pieces). The resistance is regulated by a series of springs.
