SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
General information
- Lightning - If you are not going to use the device for a long time or if there is a storm, disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet and disconnect the device from the antenna connector. This will avoid damage to the product that may be caused by lightning or overvoltage.
• Overload - Do not overload power outlets, extension cords, or built-in power outlets, as this may result in a fire or electric shock. - Foreign objects and liquid - Never push objects of any kind through openings in the device as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short out parts, which could result in a fire or electric shock. Never spill liquids of any kind on the device.
- Repairs and maintenance - Do not attempt to service this product yourself, as opening or removing covers will expose you to dangerous voltages or other hazards. Leave all maintenance to qualified service personnel.
- Damage requiring service - Disconnect the power plug from the outlet and consult a qualified specialist if any of the following conditions occur:
a) If the power cord or plug is damaged.
b) If liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen onto the product.
c) If the product has been exposed to rain or water.
d) If the product has been dropped or damaged.
e) If the product has a markedly reduced performance.
- Replacement parts - When replacement parts are required, make sure that the service professional who replaces the parts only uses replacement parts that have been approved by the manufacturer or that have the same characteristics as the original part. Unauthorized replacement may result in fire, electric shock or other hazards.
- Heat - Do not place the unit near heat sources such as radiators, heaters, stoves or other products (including amplifiers).
Note: This device may be only used by children 8 years old or older and persons with limited physical, sensory and mental capabilities and / or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they have been instructed in use of the device by a responsible person who understands the associated risks.

POWER SUPPLY

Plug the AC adapter plug into the power connector (15) on the back of the unit. Then insert the plug into the socket.
Note: Make sure that the used power supply is equipped with a 5 V 800 mA output.
Via Battery
(Not included in delivery)
Remove the battery cover (17) with a screwdriver. Insert four C 1.5 V (LR14/UM2/C) batteries into the compartment. Pay attention to the polarity symbols (+) and (-). Close the cover of the battery compartment.
USB FUNCTIONS
1 Turn the music volume control (14) clockwise until you hear a click.
2 The display (2) shows [LOD].
3 Connect your USB memory to the USB jack (17) on the back of the unit.
4 The contents will be read. The display (2) shows [MP3] and [USB].
5 All existing MP3 tracks are automatically played back.
6 Use the music volume control (14) to adjust the volume.
Pause playback: Press the PLAY/PAUSE button (12) on the unit to pause playback. Press the key again to resume playback.
Go to the next track: Press the SKIP forward button (11).
Go to the previous track: Press the SKIP backward button (10).
| Switch to the next folder: Press the FOLDER+ button (7). |
| Go to the previous folder: Press the FOLDER- button (7). |
| Repeat title: Press the Repeat key (8) repeatedly to switch through the different repeat modes: Repeat track > Repeat entire folder > Repeat all > Random playback. |
BT FUNCTIONS
1 When the unit is in USB mode, press Mode button (13) to switch to BT mode.
2 The display (2) shows [bLUE] and a beep sounds.
3 Open the BT function on your mobile phone or tablet and search for available BT devices in the vicinity.
4 Select [Pocket Rocker] from the list.
5 Connect your mobile phone/tablet to the device.
6 As soon as the devices are connected, you will hear a beep.
7 You can now play the music on your mobile phone/tablet via the karaoke system.
8 Use the music volume control (14) to adjust the volume.

| Go to the next track: Press the SKIP forward button (11). |
| Go to the previous track: Press the SKIP backward button (10). |
Note: The Folder +/- and Repeat functions do not work in BT mode.
AUX FUNCTIONS
The unit features an auxiliary audio signal input jack for connecting external audio devices like Mobile Phones, Tablets, MP3 players, CD players. You will need an audio cable with 3.5 mm stereo plug on two ends (not included).
1 When the unit is in USB/BT mode, plug one end of the jack plug into the AUX-IN jack (3) and the other end into the line out jack or headphone jack of your external audio device.
2 The display (2) shows [Lod] and then [AUX].
3 You can now play music from your external audio device via the karaoke system.
4 Use the music volume control (14) or your external audio device to adjust the volume.
KARAOKE FUNCTIONS
1 Remove the microphones (4) from the holders on the side of the unit.
2 Set the microphone switch (5) to ON.
3 You can now sing into the microphone (4) and accompany the music.
4 Adjust the microphone volume using the microphone volume control (9).
Note: Do not hold the microphone too close to your mouth and do not point the microphones at the karaoke system, as this may cause interference.
5 If you do not want to accompany the music further, set the microphone switch (5) to OFF.
6 Hang the microphones back on the holder.
Connect your headphones with a 3.5 mm jack plug to the headphone jack (16) on the back of the unit. The speakers will now mute and the music will only be played through the headphones.
CLEANING AND CARE
Note: Switch off the unit before cleaning. Remove the AC adapter and/or the batteries.
- Never immerse the unit in water or other liquids for cleaning.
- Clean the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Make sure that no water enters the device.
- Never use abrasive cleaners or hard objects, such as scouring pads, for cleaning.
- Dry the unit thoroughly after cleaning.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place.
