How do I adjust the humidity level of the IceWind Plus?
Frequently Asked Questions - 20 j
Response Notice-Facile

The Klarstein IceWind Plus does not offer manual adjustment of the humidity level in percentage. However, you can turn the humidifier function on or off using the dedicated button on the touch control panel.

To use the humidification:

  • Fill the water tank up to the MAX mark (do not exceed)
  • Keep the water level above the MIN mark for the humidification to work
  • Press the Humidifier button to activate the function
  • Change the water every 3 days

The manual recommends maintaining an indoor humidity between 40 and 50% to avoid mold problems. The device operates via evaporative cooling - the more you activate the humidification, the more the air naturally humidifies. You can refine the result by combining the humidifier with the provided cold accumulators (to be frozen beforehand).
