When using electrical appliances, basic safety precaution should always be followed including the following:

• These instructions are for your safety.
  Please read through them thoroughly prior to installation.
• This appliance has been designed for use at an exhausting (air evacuation to the outside) or filtering (indoor air re-cycling) hood.
• All installation work must be carried out by a competent person or qualified electrician.
• This appliance must be installed correctly by a suitably qualified person, strictly following the manufacturer's instructions.
• ATTENTION: Accessible parts may become hot during use.

• Keep children away from this device.

• The Manufacturer highly recommends that this appliance be kept out of the reach of babies and small children.

• This appliance can be used by children age from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Regularly check the power plug and power cord for signs of damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by themanufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

• Do not allow the electric cables to touch the hot parts of the appliance.

• Make sure that the power cord is not caug under or in the appliance and avoid damage the power cable.

• Do not use flammable sprays in close vicini to the appliance.
• Please dispose of the packing material carefully.
• We also recommend that you pay special attention during use and during cleaning. Refer to the instructions in the "CLEANING" section.
• A steam cleaner is not to be used.
• The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of external timeror separated remote-control system.

- Warning: When using for extraction, refer to the national regulations for building ventilation systems. Do not connect the exhaust pipe to VMC type ventilation system, to a flue (chimney, boiler, ...). Also check the absence of disturbance with the ventilation of the roof when there are gas appliances (water heater gas stove, ...). If in doubt, use the hood in recycling mode.

- Proper ventilation of the room must be provided when the hood is used simultaneously with appliances using gas or other fuel.

- Air must not be discharged into a flue that is used for exhaustingfumes from appliances burning gas or other fuels. The rules concerning the evacuation of the air must be respected.

• Warning: The hood may stop working during electrostatic discharge (e.g.lightning). This involves no risk of damage. Switch off the electricity supply to the hood and reconnect after one minute.
• To avoid the risk of fire, clean the metal fi regularly and closely watch and regulate pan containing hot oil.
• Do not flame under the range hood.
• Do not use the hood if it shows signs of or imperfection. Contact customer services.
• When installing the appliance, make sure that the following distances between the top of cooker or hob and the lowest part of the cooker hood must be observed:

Gas hobs: 800mm

Electric hobs: 700mm

• Warning: There is a risk of electric shock an fire if cleaning is not carried out in accordance with the instructions.
• Warning: For safety reason, please use only the same size of fixing or mounting screw which are recommended in this instruction manual.
• Warning: Failure to install the screws or fixi device in accordance with these instructions may result in electrical hazards.
• Warning: Before connecting the hood: switch off the electricity supply and check that the supplied voltage and frequency coincide with that indicated on the appliance nameplate.

Preparation before installation

ATTENTION

Carefully remove the carton. Wear gloves to protect your hands from sharp edges.

Remove the protective film from the product before putting it into service.

Installation (Mode extraction)

If the wall has an opening to the outside, your hood may be connected as shown in the diagram below using the suitable

exhaust pipe (not supplied), such as ductwork, flexible aluminum or other non-flammable material with an inside diameter of less than 150mm.

Recommendations for wall mounting

Do not make any changes to the unit or its mounting bracket on the wall!

Before installing the device, check the condition of the wall on which it will be fixed: the wall must be in good condition, it must not show any damage (cracks, sagging humidity, ...).

Do not drill a hole near old holes, even plugged It is imperative that you consult a building professional to use the anchoring system (screws, dowels, etc.)

Do not modify the holes for securing the unit or its mounting bracket to the wall.

Drill the wall with a drill of the appropriate size for the anchoring system. Remove debris and dust.

INSTALLATION

Before installing, make sure the unit is not plugged into an electrical outlet.

The hood must be placed at least 70 cm above the hob.

Step1.Drill 3 holes (Φ8mm to adapt your wall pl to place the bracket. Screw and tighten the brac to the wall with the screws 3 Screws (ST4x30m and 3 wall plugs (not supplied).

Step2. Place the range hood and hook it by using the two notches on the wall bracket.

Step 3. (If the extraction installation mode is chosen) Place the ∅150-∅153mm plastic pipe (supplied) on the air outlet as shown below. If the size of your plastic pipe is ∅120 - ∅123mm, you must firstly assemble the adapter to the air outlet, shown below.

Step 4. Insert the lower chimney bracket into to lower chimney as below image.

Step 5. Install the lower chimney on the appliance and mark the holes position on the wall.

Step 6. Remove the lower chimney, then drill hol in the wall: hole with diameter 4 mm screw.

Step7. Install the lower chimney on appliance again, then screw it to the wall with 2 screws diameter 4 mm and the corresponding wall plugs (not supplied). Also screw the chimney and the hood with 2 screws(ST4x8mm)

Step 8.Fix the upper chimney bracket on the upper chimney by 2 screws .ST4 x 8 mm Step 9.Pull the upper chimney upwards to the target height and mark the holes on the wall.

Step 10. Release the upper chimney and then dr holes on the wall.

Step 11.Pull out the upper chimney again, then it to the wall with 2 screws ST4x30mm.

Recycling Mode:

If you do not have an outlet to the outside, plastic pipe is not required and the installation is similar to above. And you need to assemble the carbon filters which are used to trap odors.

Place the carbon filter into the unit and turn it clockwise. Repeat the same on the other side.

Close

Make sure the filter is securely locked. Otherwise it can fall and cause danger.

When charcoal filters are used, the suction power is decreased.

The carbon filter must be replaced at least once a year depending on how frequent the cooker hood used.

Regarding the instructions for the cleaning and maintenance of the appliance, please refer to below paragraphs of this manual.

Attention! Before cleaning switch the unit off and pull the plug.

Regular Cleaning

Use a soft cloth moistened with hand-warm mildly soap water or household cleaning detergent. Never use meta pads, chemical, abrasive material or stiff brush to clean the unit.

Monthly Cleaning for Grease Filter

ESSENTIAL: Clean the filter every month can prevent any risk of fire.

The filter collects grease, smoke and dust. It is directly affecting the efficiency of the cooker hood. If not cleaned, the grease residue (potential flammable) will saturate on the filter. Clean it with household cleaning detergent.

CAUTION! The lamp must not be covered by thermal insulation or other materials.

NOTICE! Only switch on the lights while the appliance is operating. Do not switch on the to lighten the room.

Do not touch the illuminant within 30 minutes using the appliance.

On/Off key

For turning on/off the fan ,In working mode,short press this key to turn off the fan, long press this key to turn off all functions including light function.

Speed plus&decrease key

For increasing and decreasing the speed of the fan, from 1st-3rd speed, and from 3rd-1st speed.

Smoke and Smell sensor key

1. In standby/working state, long press the button of 'smoke and heat sense' for 1 second to enter the smoke and heat sense mode, the digital tube displays' 8 ', and the [icon] y flashes (monitoring);The motor stops working in the monitoring state, but the light switch is not restricted;In this state, press the key to return to standby state;

2. After 30 seconds of detection, 1 beep will be heard, the digital screen "8" will be extinguish, and the automa mode will be officially entered. The key indicator light o will keep breathing flashing.

3. Automatic state, smoke and heat sense real-time monitoring, monitoring to start the state, only start the motor in low speed, the display display "1", the light to maintain the current state.

4. After entering the automatic mode, press the key to return to standby state; 'Light' button works normally;

5. In working state, long press the key to turn off all functions and return to standby state.

Quick timer: Press & simultaneously for 2

second. The digital display flashes & the countdown starts for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, the motor & light will turn off automatic & Buzzer sound for 1 second. During countdown, Press &

simultaneously for 2 second again can stop countdown function.
