How to open the parasol?

Use a parasol base suitable for the size of the parasol. The lower pole must be embedded at least 40 cm into the base to ensure stability.

What to do in case of wind?

Close the parasol at the first signs of strong wind or gusts. Never leave it open unattended, as it could topple over and cause injuries.

How to clean the fabric?

Clean the product with a slightly damp lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive products.

Can I leave the parasol open overnight?

It is not recommended to leave the parasol open unattended, especially at night due to risks of wind or bad weather. Always close it after use.

Does the warranty cover wind damage?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, such as leaving the parasol open in strong wind. It covers material and manufacturing defects.

How to assemble the parasol?

Assembly requires a work surface of at least 10 m². Follow illustrations A to E in the manual: insert the pole into the base, open with the crank and secure with the safety pin.

Is the parasol water resistant?

The polyester fabric offers some water resistance, but it is recommended to close the parasol in case of rain to avoid damage.

How to store the parasol in winter?

Close and clean the parasol, then store it in a dry, frost-free place. The original packaging can be used for storage.

INJURY! Ensure that all parts are undamaged and have been assembled appropriately. Risk of injury exists if assembled incorrectly. Damaged parts can effect safety and function.

⚠️ CAUTION! Do not leave children unattended. The product is not a climbing frame or toy. Make sure the

nobody climbs or leans on the product, particularly children.

The product could become imbalanced and tip up. This may result in injury and / or damage.

⚠️ CAUTION! DANGER OF TIPPING OVER! Always

ensure the firm footing and good balance of the product. Insert the parasol in a suitable parasol stand or ground socket, otherwise the parasol might fall over and cause injury or damage.

CAUTION! FIRE HAZARD! Never

place the product near an open fire and / or radiant heaters.

■ Make sure that this product is standing on a solid, level surface.
■ Make sure the product is stable before use!

INJURY! Before opening and closing the product, make sure that there are no people standing too near to it.

CRUSHING! Watch your fingers when opening and closing the product. If you are careless, you risk injuring your fingers by crushing them!

Close the parasol in strong winds or approaching squalls / gusts of wind.

■ Never leave the open parasol unattended. Sudden gusts of wind could cause damage.
In the event of winds, snowfall or torrential rain, close the parasol.
■ Do not hang any objects (clothing) on the product.
■ To ensure safe use, secure the open parasol with the guard pin (fig. D).

●Assembling/disassembling the parasol (fig. A-E)

Note: In order to assembly the parasol, you will require a space measuring at least 10 m^2 in size and 5 m in diameter.

- Open the parasol: Turn the crank handle 4 in a clockwise direction until the parasol top is completely open (fig. C).

- Reserve sufficient space for the fully opened parasol top.

Note: Use a parasol stand that is suitable for the size of your parasol. Always comply with the safety and operating instructions of the manufacturer. The lower pole 3 must penetrate at least 40 cm into the parasol stand. Non-observance of this advice could cause the parasol to overturn, resulting in injury and / or damage. A parasol stand is not included.

●Cleaning and maintenance

■ Clean this product with a slightly dampened, lint-free cloth.

●Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

●Warranty

The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.

The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.

The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.
