How to install the CECWC492ZC wine cellar?

Place the appliance on a horizontal and stable surface, away from heat sources and sunlight. Let it rest for 2 hours after transport before plugging in. Ensure free ventilation around the appliance (15 cm minimum on the sides and back).

How to adjust the temperature of the wine cellar?

Use the control panel: press Zone to select the upper or lower zone, then press the + or - buttons to adjust. The recommended temperature is 12 °C. The display blinks and then solidifies after 5 seconds.

How to reverse the door opening direction?

III. INSTALLATION

If this appliance, fitted with a magnetic closure, is intended to replace another fitted with a spring-loaded closure, we advise you to render the latter unusable before disposal. This will prevent children from locking themselves in and thus endangering their lives.

Lock

Before using your wine cooler

Installing your wine cooler

- This appliance is designed to be installed as a stand-alone or built-in.

- Place your wine cooler on a floor strong enough to support it when fully loaded. To level your wine cooler, adjust the front leveling feet at the bottom of the wine cooler.

- Place the wine cooler away from direct sunlight and sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.). Direct sunlight can affect the acrylic coating and heat sources can increase power consumption. Extremely cold ambient temperatures can also cause the device to malfunction.

- Avoid placing the device in humid places.

- Plug the wine cooler into an exclusive, properly installed and grounded wall outlet. Do not cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord under any circumstances. Any questions regarding power and / or grounding should be directed to a certified electrician or an authorized Products service center.

Electrical connection

Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock. If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by an authorized service center.

This appliance must be properly grounded for your safety. The power cord for this appliance is equipped with a three-prong plug that mates with standard three-prong wall outlets to minimize the risk of electric shock.

Do not cut or remove the third ground prong from the supplied power cord under any circumstances. For personal safety, this appliance must be properly earthed.

This appliance requires a standard 220V / 50Hz three-prong grounded plug. Have the wall outlet and circuit checked by a qualified electrician to make sure the outlet is properly grounded. Installing the handle

Our wine cooler comes with the handle in a separate package.

To install the handle:

① Pull out the handle; orient it precisely towards the two holes on the left side of the door.

② Push the door seal aside to reveal two holes; insert the screws and tighten the handle.

Reverse the door

Our wine coolers come with the door opening from left to right. To reverse the opening direction:

1) Close the port 2) Remove the hinge cover from the door:

① in the upper right corner; Unscrew the flange screws ②; Remove the hinge door ③; Remove the upper left side cap ④.

3) Lift the door until the door comes off the lower porch hinge ⑤. 4) Unscrew the lower hinge of the port.

5) Install the lower hinge door ⑤ in the lower left corner; Put the door on top and insert it into the hinge of the lower door.

6) Fit the door hinge ③ in the upper left corner and tighten the flange screws ②; Fit the door hinge cover ①; Put the cap on the top right side ④.

V. USE

Cleaning

Check the accessories inside the wine cellar and wipe down the inside with a soft cloth.

Door Lock

Your device is equipped with a lock and a key. The keys are inside the plastic bag that contains the instruction manual. Insert the key into the lock and turn it counterclockwise to unlock the door. To lock the door, reverse the operation making sure the metal pin is fully engaged. Remove the key and put it in a safe place to keep it.

Cleaning the wine cooler

Turn off the power, unplug the appliance and remove all items, including shelves. Wash interior surfaces with a solution of hot water and baking soda. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda per 1 cup of water.

Wash the shelves with a mild detergent solution. Wring out the sponge or cloth to remove excess water when cleaning the control area, or any electrical part.

Wash the exterior cabinet in hot water and a mild liquid detergent. Rinse well and wipe dry with a clean, soft cloth. Do not use steel wool or a steel brush on stainless steel. These products will contaminate stainless steel with steel particles and rust may form.

Operation

Start up

The appliance starts up and cools down inside after one hour, otherwise the electrical connection must be checked.

All keys would be invalid in lock mode. Please unlock first.

ON / OFF

1. Keep the key pressed for 3 seconds, switch off, switch to standby mode.
2. Hold the button down for 3 seconds to return to normal operation.

Light

Press the key, turn on or off the LED lights inside. In standby mode, the key is not valid.

Switch Zone

Press the button to move from the upper zone to the lower zone in order to choose the temperature adjustment zone. Press the button once, the LED display of the selected zone flashes regularly. Press the up and down keys to adjust the temperature. Press the button again to switch to the setpoint temperature for the chosen zone.

UP

Press the button once, the LED display flashing regularly indicates the current set temperature. Continue to press the button to adjust the setpoint temperature, one press increases 1 °C. The regular flashing stops after 5 seconds when the absence of pressure is detected and the new set temperature is saved. The LED display returns to show the actual temperature inside.

DOWN

Press the key once, LED Display in regular flash showing current set temperature. Continue pressing to adjust set temperature, one press reduce 1°C. Regular flash quit after 5 seconds detecting no press and new set temperature save. LED display return to show actual temperature inside.

The recommended temperature setting is 12^ C

Child Lock (Combination key)

1. Lock : Press both keys at the same time for 3 seconds to lock.
2. Unlock : Press both keys at the same time for 3 seconds to unlock.

Fahrenheit/Celsius display interchange

Switch temperature display between Fahrenheit and Celsius by pressing and holding the key for 3 seconds.

Attention

1. The ex-factory temperature of this product is 12^ C , and the corresponding temperature range need to be set according to the actual wine.
2. For both upper and lower zone, the cooling temperature could be set from 5^ C - 22^ C . But lower zone temperature will equal to or be higher than upper zone.
3. Alarm sound: when the system malfunction occur and alarm sound, press any key on the control panel to cancel the alarm sound.
4. Error code:

When the temperature sensor of upper zone failure occur, error code displays: E1 for open circuit; E2 for short circuit.

When the temperature sensor of lower zone failure occur, error code displays: E5 for open circuit; E6 for short circuit.

• The appliance is equipped with sufficient shelves to allow your collection of wine get mature quietly and peacefully.
• Full shelves loading capacity: 49 bottles (standard Bordeaux with 750ml).

• Loading capacity will vary in terms of different way of bottle arrangement or different bottle sizes.
  • Each shelf is designed to put on 1 or 2 layers of wine bottles. More than 2 layers of bottle arrangement on one shelf are not recommended.
  • Each shelf could pull out partly to store wine bottles easily.
• Open the door straight enough before pulling out shelves.
• The shelf should be avoided in front of the fan as much as possible to avoid blocking the air inlet and affecting the cooling efficiency.
• If the wine cooler would have no load for a long time, it is recommended to power it off, clean it carefully, and open the door for ventilation.
• Below table is the recommended temperature for wine storing & drinking:

VI. GUARANTEE

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

The warranty does not cover wear parts of the product, nor problems or damage resulting from:

(1)1) superficial deterioration due to normal wear and tear of the produ
(2)2) defects or deterioration due to contact of the product with food liquids and due to corrosion caused by rust;
