How to install the holographic effect light star?

Avoid risk to life from electric shock!

Before use ensure that the available mains voltage agrees with the operating voltage specified for the product (230-240 V~).
Before connecting the mains adaptor 2 to the mains, always check it for any damage.
Do not use the product if you discover it is damaged in any way.
- Protect the mains lead from sharp edges, mechanical loads and hot surfaces.
Never fix the product in place with clips or nails.
Before installing, uninstalling or cleaning, always pull the mains plug out of the mains socket.
This product must not be electrically connected to another product.
Use the light set only with a mains adapter type THDQ-D-300006. Failure to observe this advice will invalidate any claims under the warranty.
The product is only suited for use with the included mains adapter (THDQ-D-300006).
Please note that the power adapter continues to draw a small amount of power even if the lamp is turned off as long as the power adapter is plugged into a power outlet. To switch the device off completely, unplug the power adapter from the socket.

Use

Note: The bulbs are connected in series. If one bulb is defective, up to 10 bulbs may not light up.

Unfold the lamp shade 1 (Fig. A and B).
Insert the LED bracket 4 with the LED light set 3 into the lamp shade 1 (Fig. C and D).
Pull the cord 6 through the cord stopper 5 to close the lamp shade 1 (Fig. D).
Connect the extra-low voltage plug 7 with mains adaptor 2
Insert the mains adaptor 2 into the mains socket. The LEDs are switched on.
Pull the mains adaptor 2 out of the mains socket to switch off the LEDs.
Use the supplied suction cup 8 to hang up the lamp shade 1 in a suitable place.

Note: The cable of the light chain must be secured without force and must not be fastened with nails or similar.

- Cleaning and care

CAUTION! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! First of all pull the mains plug out of the mains socket.
CAUTION! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! For electrical safety reasons never clean the product with water or other fluids nor immerse it in water.
- Do not use solvents, such as petrol and the like, as they could damage the product.
Use only a dry, fluff-free cloth for cleaning.

- Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your discarded product.

In the interest of the environment, do not throw out your product with your household refuse. Take it to a suitable centre where it can be disposed of properly. Your local council will be able to tell you where the collection centres are located and their opening times.

The warranty for this device is 3 years from the date of purchase. Should this device show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it - at our choice - free of charge to you.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the device has been damaged or improperly used or maintained.

The warranty applies to faults in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.
