How do I pair the Soul speaker with my phone?

Open the Bluetooth menu on your phone, then turn on the speaker by pressing the button for 2 seconds. Select "FnR Soul" from the list of available devices.

What to do if the speaker does not turn on?

Make sure the battery is charged. Plug the speaker into the charger for at least 2h30. If it still does not turn on, contact after-sales service.

How to use the Double Fun mode?

Turn on the first speaker and put it in pairing mode. Turn on the second speaker, then press its Bluetooth button twice. A sound signal confirms pairing. Then connect your phone to one of the speakers via Bluetooth.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life can reach about 10 hours at 50% volume. Actual battery life varies depending on volume and usage.

How do I know when the battery is low?

The LED indicator turns red when the battery capacity is below 20%.

How long does it take to fully charge the speaker?

Full charging time is about 2h30. Use a suitable charger and an ambient temperature of 10-45°C.

Is the speaker waterproof?

It is rated IPX5, which means it resists splashes and low-pressure water jets, but should not be immersed.

Can I use the speaker in the rain?

Yes, thanks to the IPX5 certification, it withstands light rain. However, avoid prolonged exposure or immersion.

What to do if the sound is distorted?

Reduce the volume on the audio source and the speaker. Make sure the speaker is not in double mode with another poorly paired speaker. Restart both devices.

How to reset the speaker?

There is no reset procedure described. You can try turning the speaker off and on again, or removing the device from your phone's Bluetooth list and re-pairing it.

Protecting the environment

Old devices must not be disposed of with household waste!

If the device is no longer operational, every consumer is required by law to dispose of used devices separately from household waste, e.g. at a collection point run by the communal authority/borough. This ensures that old devices are recycled in a professional manner and also rules out negative consequences for the environment.

For this reason, electrical equipment is labelled with the displayed symbol.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries do not belong in the household garbage!

Every consumer is required by law to bring all batteries and rechargeable batteries, regardless whether they contain harmful substances*) or not, to a collection point run by the communal authority or borough or to a retailer, so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Please only turn in batteries and rechargeable batteries which are empty!

Safety notes

Danger of suffocation for children!

Make sure that children do not play with the packaging foil, and that they do not pull small parts off the speaker and put them in their mouth. There is a danger of suffocation.

Extended listening at high volumes may lead to hearing loss.

To avoid damage to health, avoid extended listening at high volumes.

Set the volume control of your audio source to a low level before you switch on the speaker.

Risk of injury!

Do not use your speaker in environments where there is a risk of explosion.

Risk of explosion/fire!

Lithium rechargeable batteries can explode if handled improperly. Do not heat or burn the rechargeable battery. Only charge the rechargeable battery at an ambient temperature of 10–45 °C. Do not use the speaker in environments where there is a risk of explosion. Do not expose batteries and rechargeable batteries to direct sunlight.

Interference caused by radio waves!

Radio waves could affect the function of other sensitive devices that are not protected.

Only use the speaker in environments where the use of Bluetooth is permitted.

Risk of damage!

This speaker is rated IPX5 meaning it is protected from splashing water and low-pressure water sprays (e.g. rain). Ensure that the speaker does not become fully submerged.

Protect it from heat (e.g. during the summer in cars) and mechanical influences

(e.g. severe shocks, pressure and falling).
