How to connect the earbuds for the first time?

Open the charging case, activate Bluetooth on your device, wait 5 seconds. Select Twins Tip from the list of available devices.

The earbuds do not connect automatically, what to do?

Make sure Bluetooth on your device is enabled. Put the earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, then try again.

How to use a single earbud (single mode)?

You can use the left or right earbud independently. Take it out of the case, it will connect automatically. The touch controls work the same way.

How to charge the charging case?

Plug the supplied USB-C cable into the case, or place it on a Qi wireless charger. The external LED lights up during charging and turns off once fully charged.

What is the actual battery life of the earbuds?

Approximately 4 hours of listening at 50% volume. The charging case offers up to 20 additional hours (5 full charges).

How to reset the earbuds?

Disable Bluetooth on all connected devices. Connect the charging cable to the case. Open and close the lid at least 5 times within 5 seconds. The LEDs will flash rapidly, then stop. The earbuds are reset.

Are the earbuds water-resistant?

The manual does not mention any waterproof rating. It is advised to protect them from moisture and not immerse them.

How to clean the earbuds?

Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquids and abrasive products.

The touch controls are not responding, what to do?

Make sure your fingers are dry and that you press on the touch area (often the logo). If the problem persists, reset the earbuds.

Connecting the Twins for the first time?

Simply open the charging case, turn on Bluetooth on your device and wait 5 seconds. The Twins (Tip) will appear on your device and you can connect via Bluetooth.

Every next time you take the earbuds out of the charging box, they will automatically turn on and connect to your phone within seconds.

When you put them back, they will disconnect and turn off.
