What are the dimensions and weight of the Optoma OP861RKe screen?

The screen comes in three sizes: 65 inches (1521 x 914 x 98 mm, 45.6 kg), 75 inches and 86 inches. Refer to the manual for exact dimensions of other models.

How to install the screen on the wall?

Use the provided wall mount kit. Attach the dual mounting brackets to the back of the screen, then screw the wall mount to the wall (concrete recommended). Then hang the screen on the mount. Installation must be done by a qualified technician.

How to connect a computer to the screen?

You can use an HDMI or VGA cable. For touch screen, also connect a USB cable from the touch port of the screen to the computer. Then select the corresponding input source (HDMI1, HDMI2 or VGA) from the General Settings menu.

How to share my smartphone screen?

Download the Share Sender app from the QR code displayed on the screen. Connect your smartphone to the same Wi-Fi network as the screen, then launch the app and enter the displayed password. You can then project your mobile screen.

The touch screen is not responding, what to do?

Make sure the screen is not exposed to intense light (direct sunlight). Check that the touch USB cable is properly connected between the screen and your external source. Restart the screen if necessary.

How to enable low blue light mode?

From the home screen, access the General Settings menu (swipe up from the bottom of the screen). Slide the Low Blue Light switch to the right to enable it. This reduces eye strain.

What video and audio formats are supported?

The screen plays videos up to 4K in formats: AVI, TS, MPG, MP4, MOV, MKV, 3GP. For audio: WMA, MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG. Images: PNG, JPEG, BMP, GIF. Use the Finder app to browse and play files.

How to lock the screen with a PIN code?

Open the Screen Lock app and set a 4-digit password. Once set, you can launch the app to lock the screen. Only the PIN code will unlock it.

What to do if the remote control does not work?

Check that the remote is pointed at the IR receiver (within ±30° angle and less than 8 m). Replace the batteries if necessary (two AAA batteries). Make sure no obstacle blocks the beam.

How to clean the screen without damaging it?

First unplug the screen. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the screen. Never use water, liquid or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the surface.
