Although the LCD screen is manufactured with high-precision technology, the number of effective pixels reaches 99.99% or more, but black or bright dots (red, blue, or green) may constantly appear on the screen. This is a structural property of the LCD screen and is not a sign of malfunction. Do not press on the protective panel, do not scratch it, and do not place any objects on the LCD monitor. This may cause unevenness in the image or damage to the LCD screen. - If the LCD monitor is operated in a cold place, the image may appear blurred or too dark. This is not a sign of malfunction. These phenomena will disappear as the temperature rises. - If a still image is displayed for a long time, an afterimage may remain. After a few seconds, it may disappear. During operation, the screen and the cabinet heat up. This is not a sign of malfunction. - The LCD screen contains a small amount of liquid crystals. When disposing of the monitor, comply with local regulations and instructions.
Care of the screen surface, the LCD monitor cabinet, and cleaning
Before cleaning the LCD monitor, disconnect the power cord from the power outlet.
To preserve the structural materials and the screen coating of the LCD monitor, observe the following precautions.
To remove dust from the surface of the screen/case of the LCD monitor, gently wipe it with a soft cloth. If the dust does not come off completely, wipe the screen with a soft cloth slightly dampened with a mild detergent solution. Never spray water or detergent directly onto the LCD monitor. Liquid dripping onto the screen or other surfaces and penetrating inside the LCD monitor can cause the LCD monitor to fail.

Never use any abrasive materials, alkaline/acidic cleaners, scouring powders, or volatile solvents such as alcohol, benzene, thinners, or insecticides. Using these substances or coming into contact with them may damage the coating of the case or the screen surface. Do not touch the LCD monitor if your hands have any food or cosmetic substances on them, such as cream or sunscreen. For proper ventilation, it is recommended to periodically clean the ventilation openings with a vacuum cleaner. When adjusting the tilt angle of the LCD monitor, change its position slowly and carefully to avoid the LCD monitor slipping off its stand.
