• The CYBEX baby carrier can be used in front, back and hip carry positions.

• Please check on the recommended age / development stage before using the carrier in the different positions: Front Carry Position (parent facing): From birth (minimum weight: 3,5 kg / 7.7 lb) Hip Carry Position Only when the baby can hold its own head (minimum age: 4 months) Back Carry Position Only when the baby can hold its own head and control its upper body (minimum age: 6 months).

• According to the ASTM F2236-16a Standard the CYBEX baby carrier is tested and approved for 3,5 - 15 kg (7.7 - 33 lb).

• Please always adjust the seat panel according to your baby´s size so the upper legs are supported from knee to knee. This way the medically recommended spread-squat position is ensured.

• The position of the carrier should always be at a height to kiss the head of your baby. (Kiss-the-forehead height)

• Make sure that your baby´s back is sufficiently supported in order to prevent your child from slumping forward.

• Please ensure that your baby can breathe freely, and neither mouth nor nose are covered.

• Use the integrated headrest to support your baby´s head, especially when asleep.

• If you feel insecure, please consult your care provider or a babywearing consultant.

Never use a soft carrier while engaging in activities such as cooking and cleaning which involve a heat source or exposure to chemicals. Never wear a soft carrier while driving or being a passenger in a motor vehicle. Check to assure all buckles, snaps, straps, and adjustments are secure before each use. • Do not tumble dry, do not iron or dry clean. Do not expose to direct sunlight when drying.

• Never store in a damp environment.

• Do not modify the product in any way.

CLEANING/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

In order to protect the environment, remember to properly dispose of your product. When you stop using your product, please make sure you dispose of the product in accordance to your local waste management regulations for correct disposal. • The warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects, existing and appearing at the date of purchase or appearing within a term of two (2) years from the date of purchase from the retailer who initially sold the product to a consumer (manufacturer’s warranty). Please check the product with respect to completeness and manufacturing or material defects immediately at the date of purchase or immediately after receipt. Please always keep your dated, proof of purchase.

• In case of a defect, stop using the product immediately. To obtain the warranty please take or ship the product to the original retailer, who initially sold this product to you in a clean and complete condition and submit an original proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice). Please do not take or ship the product to the manufacturer directly.

• This warranty does not cover any damages which result from misuse, environmental influence (water, fire, accidents etc.), normal wear and tear or failure to comply with the instructions provided in this user manual. The warranty does not apply if modifications and services were performed by unauthorized persons or if non-original components and accessories were used.
