USER MANUAL 303392 Arendo
- Never use this appliance without placing the lid on it! There is a risk of injury!
- Do not use dry ingredients and en- sure that there is enough liquid in the blender jar.
- Never operate the appliance in a dry condion.
- Check the product for damage every me before use. Do not operate the appliance if the cable, the plug or the appliance show any visible signs of damage.
- Do not make any modicaons or repairs to the appliance.
- Cauon! The blade unit is very sharp!
- Never touch the blade of the blade unit when the plug is connected.16 English
- Plug the appliance only into a properly installed power socket.
- Never leave the mixer unaended and choose a locaon in which the device is out of reach of animals and/or chil- dren.
- Children should not play with the ap- pliance.
- This appliance can be operated by chil- dren from 8 years of age and above, as well as by people with reduced phys- ical, sensory or mental capacies or who lack knowledge or experience, if they have been supervised or instruct- ed regarding safe use of the device, and understand the resultant dangers.
- Keep the blender out of reach of chil- dren under 8 years of age.
- Keep it on an suitable surface to avoid injuries when mixing.17English
- Disconnect the power plug from the mains socket when the appliance is not being used or for cleaning.
- Ensure that the power cable does not come into contact with any hot surfac- es.
- If you want to pull out the plug from the socket, pull by holding the plug and not the cable.
- Never touch the plug with wet hands.
- Protect the device against re.
- Do not immerse the cable, the plug or the enre device in water or any other liquids.
- The device should not be used by chil- dren. Keep this device and the power plug out of reach of children.

Please read the following user manual carefully so as to get the most from the product you have purchased. Before using the product, rst check if the delivered item is complete, accurate and undamaged.
1. Scope of delivery

Check if the product and the components are intact and if the device is working properly when using it for the rst me. Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food before using the appliance for the rst me. Allow hot ingredients to cool down before blending (max. Temperature 60 ° C). Cut large ingredients into 2 cm pieces before blending. Use the appliance only on a at surface.
This appliance is intended, for example, for the following applicaons:
- Blending uids, e.g., dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and shakes.
- Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g., for making baby food.
2. To do so, place the blender below the release buon (5) and connect it by
plugging, making sure to match it with the notch on the blender with the motor unit unl it audibly clicks into place.
3. Add the desired ingredients to the selected container.
4. Immerse the blade unit completely into the ingredients and hold the

5. Start carefully at low speed by pressing and holding down the normal but-
ton (2), or alternavely, the turbo buon (3) for maximum power.
6. Alternavely, you can set the desired speed for the normal buon manually
using the variable speed control (1).
7. Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingre-
dients. Ensure that the container is not damaged when blending. Do not operate the appliance unaended and check it for damage and proper as- sembly before using it each me. If the unit becomes blocked, unplug the power cord and remove the blockage.
7. Cleaning and Care
Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
- Disconnect the mains plug before cleaning.
- Dismantle all the parts.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Clean the blender in warm water and some dishwashing liquid. Note: The blade unit can also be cleaned while it is aached to the motor unit by immersing the unit in warm water with some dishwashing liquid and running the device for some me. Ensure that the motor unit does not get wet and do not immerse it in water! Dry the motor unit and store it for later use.
8. Safety instrucons and disclaimer
Never try to open the appliance to carry out repairs or modicaons. Avoid con- tact with the mains voltage. Do not short-circuit the product. The appliance is not approved for outdoor use. Therefore please use it only in dry surroundings. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Do not expose the device to high tempera- tures. Do not expose the device to sudden changes in temperature or strong vibra- ons, as this could damage the electronic components. Check the device for any damage before using it. The device should not be used if it was subject to impact or has been damaged in some other manner. Please comply with the local regulaons and restricons. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those described in the user manual. This product is not a toy.24 English Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally disabled persons. Any repair or modicaons to the appliance, which is not carried out by the original supplier, will void any warranty and guarantee claims. The appliance should be used only by persons who have read and understood this user manual. The specicaons of the device may be changed without prior nocaon.
9. Disposal instrucons
In line with the European WEEE direcve, electrical and electronic devices should not be disposed of along with domesc waste. Their components have to be sent separately for recycling or disposal, as improper disposal of toxic and dangerous components may permanently damage the environment.
